I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! I had never had any surgery and I can honestly say, I would do it again in a heartbeat. The entire process was amazing and all those people who were involved at Dr. Greg Ratliff's facility changed my life because now I can be confident in myself. I feel like a woman! I just had a great experience and though there are other surgeons, I would never do it over anywhere else. I have seen the wonderful work they do and now I'm proof myself.

I was highly satisfied with my experience for many reasons, but primarily because I had confidence in Dr. Ratliff's skills and training as a surgeon. I originally had non-surgical treatments administered by Dr. Ratliff over 10 years ago and chose him because of his credentials. I returned to him for cosmetic surgery because of his credentials and also because I felt that he was honest and had integrity. Both of these qualities were important to me in terms of establishing patient trust.

From my first visit until the procedure was done they answered all of my questions, I was provided with a book full of information including pros, & cons, what I would experience from the surgery date and several months following up. The nurse was wonderful after my surgery and all of my follow up appointments were comfortable, informative and I was thrilled with the outcome of my procedure. A very friendly, clean facility. If I have another I will use them every time!

I like the fact my doctor didn't paint an unrealistic picture of the outcome. The practice gave me literature to read and told me to call anytime I had questions. When I called, the conversation wasn't rush and questions were answered. They also shared their own experiences with me. The outcome of my surgery is awesome. I'm still healing but after nine weeks out I'm totally pleased. I would recommend Dr. Ratliff to family and friends.

I don't feel I was fully prepared for the pain I would endure and was not prescribed any sort of pain medication other than Motrin which did little to numb the pain. Other than that, I am highly satisfied in all other areas.

Would have preferred that the size of breast implants was discussed in more detail. I don't feel the rice test was accurate and now wished I would have went larger. Before my initial surgery I was told I needed lab work and so did this in my hometown but the results were never even looked at by staff, so essentially that was a unnecessary expense and what if there had been an issue with the lab values? I made the phone call to discuss preop as I was never called by the nurse. These are just minor things and overall I was pleased with the experience and have recommended Dr Ratliff to others.

I was scared the day of surgery and crying and Dr. Ratliff and his staff assured me that I didn't have to go through with the procedure if I was that scared. I had the belt lipectomy. Dr Ratliff was really great to me, was very confident and knowledgeable about my special circumstances as a diabetic. Another surgeon really discouraged me from doing a full body lift because of my illness, even though I was under control, so I feel so lucky that I sought out a second opinion. His staff is the best. I was scared about going under, but his skilled team of all women really made me feel I was in the best hands possible. He even corrected a terrible scar I had from a previous surgery. I am more than pleased with my results.

The doctor met with me several times to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. He very informative in a way that I would understand very clearly. The whole nursing, appointment and coordinating staff was great about talking to me and returning phone calls. The office was very clean and very comfortable. When I was brought in toward my last visit to discuss my left breast not dripping due to scar tissue because we had went in to remove the hematoma.... The surgeon and I discussed going back in after 6 months to remove the scar tissue but there was never any discussion about cost and I was under the impression it was covered ... The reason I'm only satisfied with my surgery is that there was a small complication with my surgery that was in no part the doctor's fault, but still makes it hard for me to say highly satisfied. The incisions for the most part look great, but there is just one section that has a weird dimple on it. I am counting on this being fixed with subsequent surgeries so I may end up highly" satisfied in the end."

When I consulted I was prepared to do implants if I had to for the results I wanted but he was honest about achieving my desired results and told me that was not needed. I want my right breast to look as good as my left breast and it looks deformed. I don't think I should have to pay more money to have it repaired or put back in place. I have already spent 000 and the right implant is falling. Dr. Ratliff says I'm overactive but I live alone and I have to work. I should be able to get it fixed without additional costs, I don't care if I did sign a disclosure or agreement. It's not right and I have to live with it this way and looking lopsided. I realize there is a 6 mo. time period to have this repaired and his fee is discounted but the operating room costs should be waived too. 000 was enough.

I expressly told the surgeon I wanted my breasts to be FULL and FIRM, he did not over fill them as I had wanted in order to acheive this. Nor did he explain to me that using high profile implants would make them smaller than using smooth round implants. I am pleased with the tummy tuck, but not at all with the breast implants, they were not overfilled therefore they are full of folds and ripples. The surgeon is very good, but I wish he had taken me serious about what I wanted. This was my second augment not my first - I KNEW what I wanted done.

Dr Ratliff and the nurses were very helpful and informative in my evaluation appointments. I chose to have a breast lift and a tummy tuck that extended all the way around my back. This was a very extensive surgery. The booklet that the practice has developed to prepare patients for recovery, was excellent. I experienced each stage described in the booklet. Understanding that these stages are normal, made the recovery easier and less scary. I'm thrilled with my results.

The wait time for appointments are way too long. Once you arrive for your appointment, you don't get called into the backrooms until approximately 20-45 minutes later then you would still have to wait another 15-40 minutes more to meet with the doctor. Besides the wait time, the service is good. The doctor is very knowledgeable.

When I met Dr Ratliff he was very honest about what I need to get done. They took care of me at the time of my surgery and all my post op visits. I am very satifised with the results and I have 3 friends of mine already that went to Dr Ratliff in less than a year after my surgery. Im actually going back in 3 weeks to go a lil bit bigger, cause my 1st time I was afraid to do it, but now I see his work and there is no doubt that he will make me feel more prettier on my next surgery. I wasn't unsatisfied with any of the office staff or doctor. I wish I had been shown a video on breast lift rather than augmentation but that wasn't the staffs fault because when I made the appointment I told them I was interested in an augmentation because I didn't understand the difference between that and a lift. It was also really cold in the waiting room which I had read other people mention on the internet when searching for patient reviews for Dr. Ratliff. Other than that I was very satisfied and have scheduled a breast lift for the end of May.

During the consultation I most appreciated the honesty from the surgeon regarding the procedure. I had prepared to spend a little more and do lipo with the procedure, but Dr Ratliff took the time to show me the benefits and outcomes of lipo and how it didn't relate to me at this time that I would see the results I wanted with a standard abdominoplasty.

The balance that I owe was handwritten on a computer generated receipt. The computer generated shows a higher balance. Also the doctor just let me pick the size which makes me wonder if I really am doing the right thing. I think he should have given me his opinion about what size to go with.

Every employee that I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They didn't feel like I was wasting their time with all of my questions. I was given a power point presentation to watch along with a handout to follow along as I watched. Each step of my consultation was smooth and there was basically no wait time in between each step, from watching the presentation, to changing into the sports bra to trying on different size implants, to visiting with the nurse, to visiting with the surgeon, to scheduling and prices. My visit was stress free, very informative and was a lot better than I expected.

The staff was very personable and easy to talk to. At no point did I feel self conscious or uncomfortable. All of my questions were answered and the staff was very knowledgable. The doctor was wonderful and acted like a real human" instead of being a top lofty doctor. He was curteous and respectful and actually listened to what I was saying and answered my questions more like a friend than a doctor. That was something I really appreciated. Dr. Ratliff was amazing and his nursing staff was aweswome as well. I have been very uncomfortable with my body for MANY years, and yet when I had to stand there in front of the doctor and his nurse they were both very kind, educated and made me VERY comfortable during the consultation and showing me what would have to be done in order to proceed with the tummy tuck, where as, any other situation with someone poking and prodding my belly would have probably sent me into a panic attack. I am looking forward to my upcoming tummy tuck and I am absolutely looking forward to the amazing work I know Dr. Ratliff can preform and make me into the much more attractive and happy woman that I want to be!

I haven't had the procedure yet but am booked and getting close! I cannot say enough good things about the staff so far. I hope that I continue to have the same results after the procedure. Everyone from the front desk, room nurse, Dr., financial department have been friendly, helpful, and go out of their way. I have called and want to make some decision changes and they are not acting put out at all! I actually saw them twice before making a decision 2 years apart and the second time they did not know I was booking for sure and they did not act put out at all that they were seeing me again with out the promise of a booking. I have highly recommended several friends (one which is using already) b/c of the way you are treated. Love Dr. Ratliff's office and can't wait to see my results!

While this was one of the most humiliating things for me to have done, Dr. Ratliff did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. My husband was with me which made it all the more uncomfortable. Dr. Ratliff spoke to both of us to make sure we were well informed and cracked a few jokes to ease the mood. He answered all my questions and even drew pictures to illustrate the procedure for worst case scenarios. I have my procedure booked and I can't wait to see the final outcome!

I have been considering having a breast augmentation for quite some time now and I got very excited at my consultation. The nurse that I met with and Dr. Ratliff himself were very nice! I was so pleased after my consultation and I could already imagine the new image of myself that they could help me create! I actually scheduled my appointment less than one month after I met with them and it only took that long because I was straightening out the financial aspects! My sugery is in 2 weeks and I am super nervous (since it will be my first surgery ever) but I have no doubt that I am in the best of hands and cannot wait to finally have my new breasts!

I've heard of before and after photos being taken at other oral surgeons office, but I didn't get to see any at my consultation. I also felt like the financial coordinator wasn't sensitive to my question about any discounts for working for a surgeon. She didn't think twice to tell me they didn't give discounts. Could have been a little bit more friendly knowing that this is an expensive life changing experience.

The nurse who was in the room (I think her name was Amanda) during the consultation was extremely helpful and patient. Dr. Ratliff and she answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed during the process. I felt comfortable talking to the surgeon about all of my questions and he had a good sense of humor that put me at ease. I did not schedule my procedure before leaving the consultation, but I did contact them and schedule it the very next week. I feel that I will be in good hands during the surgery with the people at this office and I am anxious to see the results!

The Word Highly Satisfied" means there would never be room for improvement on their practice; however, there is. Nurse should always acknowledge patient, introduce herself making eye contact or shaking hands. It is a sign of trust. Any gesture that helps the patient; in this case mostly women, feel comfortable and ease especially with nurses you know will be in the operating room while you are asleep. When nurses are not very personable this feeling of Trust is gone. They do an excellent job, no doubt however and I am very thankful for the latter. "

I love the doctor and his attitude toward me. He is very straight forward and will tell me if there is something he doesn't feel comfortable doing. I expect a doctor not to sugar-coat my options when I ask questions. I want a direct, straight-forward, but respectful and considerate answer. The doctor also has a good sense of humor, which isn't necessary for a doctor to have, but I definitely appreciated it.

I was very anxious, yes, I'm a scardie cat...The girls @ the front desk really make an impression on the incoming clients, and they were absolutely perfect! I had been consulted twice before seeing Dr. Ratliff because I wanted more than one expert opinion. Dr. Ratliff and his staff are very attentive to patients and were all knowledgable with any questions I asked of them. I felt completely comfortable during the observation/consultation and called the next week to schedule my surgery. Dr. Ratliff is board certified and has performed many surgeries. I was also surprised to see that the amount for this procedure was much less than I estimated.
