My surgery was due to a previous surgical complication. Face had deformities. Dr. Brahme knew he could help me and I was so very thankful with the normal results as well as more youthful! My previous surgery left me dreading any surgery, but the team was confident, caring and listened to my apprehension and desires. They went beyond my expectations. I was awake and began walking the next day & up to 6 miles a day while recovering. I felt great, happy & thankful. Once again comfortable when someone wants a snap shot! A miracle!

Dr. Brahme took time to really understand my concern. The staff was very friendly which made it easy to ask questions. I had one surgery prior with Dr. Brahme which I recovered well from. I returned a second time because the results from the first surgery was that I healed really well. The actual size of the breast were much larger than what I wanted. It took some time to return for the second surgery because of the cost. Overall experience with both surgeries were good.

Had implants placed 15 years ago in 1997 by Dr. Brahme. When I noticed a leak 7 weeks before my wedding, I was frantic! I called Dr. Brahme's office, they got me in Tuesday for a consultation, Wednesday for pre-op blood work, prescriptions, etc. That Friday I was in surgery at 8:30am! The next day I attended a wedding, and the weekend after, a wedding in San Francisco. 9 hour drive, I did great!! My nurse called me over the SF weekend to check on me! The entire staff at Dr. Brahme's office is awesome! They took such wonderful care of me the entire time!!! Very attentive and extremely caring! If I ever need anything else, I will definitely see Dr. Brahme and his wonderful staff again!

It was very surprise that I did not have to take one pain pill after the surgery. I appreciate Dr Brahme's skill and his wonderful and supportive nursing staff during my surgery. The confidence of the doctor and his staff helped me to make the decision to undergo my procedure. Although I am still under the recovery period after the surgery, I was very comfortable with the procedure and it was an excellent experience.

Dr Brahme may have done his job, but he seems not interested with how I feel about the surgery. I did not have this warm and fuzzy feeling about him. If not for his nurse, Christina, and the Special pricing they had for that particular month, I probably have gone to another surgeon.

The entire Staff of Dr Brahme's office including Dr Brahme are/were always so willing to help in any way, pre-post and on going. I was provided with all the information I needed to make the decision to have surgery, including a second consulation/visit prior to scheduling the proceedure which further enhanced my sense of confidence with my decision. The day before my surgery my ride cancelled, and the staff quickly put me at ease by arranging health care service which included transportation home and back the next day for my dressing removal. Having a professional stay at my home with me the first 24 hours was a tremendous support.As you know, cosmetic surgery is a very personal experience. Based on the personal attention this office provides as well as individual pt care...I would highly recommend LJCS to all my friends. Not only is Dr. Brahme an excellent surgeon who gets excellent results, but he also has a staff that is highly professional, knowedgeable and helpful before, during and after the surgery. Delana, the nurse I was in most contact with, was so incredibly helpful during my visits as well as the times I phoned her with questions. This was an excellent surgical experience.

I was greatly cared for by the entire staff, with more than just the surgery needs. My dr also contacted my radiologist personally to expedite some breast issues. Ashley Strong, my coordinator, was very caring and helped put me at ease, and did a lot of extra work to help me with the payment. My nurses were fantastic, very personable, and very knowledgeable. Plus they were always available for my questions. Dr. Brahme emailed me back anytime I have a question directly to him. The receptionist knows me by site, and is so friendly. The whole office feels good, and really takes care to make sure the patients are taken care of in every way. The surgery and recovery are very very hard, but I don't think I could have imagined a better team to help me get through it. Perfection as far as I am concerned.

Overall, my first experience was wonderful with plastic surgery. The office staff was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, however both sides of my breasts (nipple area) did not turn out the same. One is very thickly scarred and puckered, looking distorted or disfigured. The nurses have assured me this will change in the upcoming months so I'm patiently waiting, hoping for the best!

I had lots of pre and post op questions and even though I was probably an irritant to them, they never treated me that way and always made time for me and gave me excellent medical advive. It was miraculous that I found someone confident that they could help me with deformities that resulted from previous surgery at a world renown clinic where they were hesitant to correct the complications that occurred. I scheduled the surgery within 2 weeks and had the surgery 2 months later with outstanding results. The uneven lose, poochy cheeks and ridge & creases were fixed. I look beautifully normal again.

We met Dr. Brahme's nurse and she was so thorough in her knowledge and care for his patients. She provided great personal experience and was proud to show a glimpse of his work he performed on her. The sheer volume of cases the facility handles - lots of experience in this type of surgery - Photos of previous patients' outcomes- Home-like environmental atmosphere - comfy, not a cold or clinical office - The fact that the Bair hugger hose was pumping warm air into the office showed how thoughtful patient comfort is to the staff - Christina was wonderful partly because she's been though it but also because of her expert knowledge to anticipate my specific questions Dr. Brahme was so confident and gentle in his approach that first time I met with him - so unlike an eager salesman. Mary was so positive and supportive, reassured me that financing part of the bill would be easy and routine. All the nurses spoke so highly of Dr. Brahme - they relayed confidence in the ability of his work and trust not only as a great surgeon but as a good man. Each time I was there it was obvious that the visit was all about me and they all were there just for me. He is such a nice a guy and from my experiance, a great surgeon. My surgery appt time was at 8am and we got started right at 8. Over all, it was a great experiance.

Everyone inthe entire building demonstrated the most sincere kindness and professionalism I have ever experienced in a physician's office! I made a friend with the anesthesiologist immediately as I do not like to be poked! He was calm and told me not to worry & I didn't feel a thing.I loved Dr Bromhe holding my hand as I was I was prepped for surgery!My recovery nurse was also my prep nurse and she made a promise to have a sprite waiting for me!& did not disappoint!I am so happy and have bragged to all my friends about my experience! Thanks for my new boobies!

Was very impressed with Dr. Brahme's bio, and more impressed with his manner - confident not arrogant, personable not stiff or aloof, professional not inappropriate, patient not rushed. His staff is very friendly, open and generous with the time they give you. The office suite and amenities are warm and relaxing. I left my consult assured that Dr. Brahme has the surgical skill & cosmetic eye to provide what I want but I am postponing the actual procedure for later.

Dr. B and his staff give very personalized care, and they will contact someone to remind them about appts in that's persons preferred communication method. Often I can't talk on the phone so they let me arrange thing over email. Cristina, Paula and Beth are a few of the finest nurses I've had the pleasure of meeting. Their care and kindess is unparalleled. Above and beyond caring for the patient by taking BP, vitals, drawing blood and other RN regular items, they are adept at making a person feel safe and comfortable in the clinic. During my surgery, I was so nervous that the anesthetist was having trouble threading the IV - veins tend to hide in my experience when you are nervous - Paula stroked my hair and told me I was safe and it was ok. I love these ladies. Danielle in aftercare was also fantastic.

1. When I had my pre-op appointment, neither Mary, my patient coordinator, or Christine, Dr. Brahme's nurse, were present. Had I known that both were not working that day, I would have scheduled a time when they were there. Having worked with Christine before, I was more comfortable meeting with her. That should not be construed as a negative response toward the nurse who conducted my pre-op appointment.2. After paying, I didn't receive a receipt. I emailed twice and received no response. Finally, I called and received a receipt via email.

My nurse, Christina, was very warm and knowledgeable. Both her and Dr. Brahme made me feel very comfortable. With their help, I'm calm and excited for my surgery. LJCSC provides a highly satisfying experience for several reasons. First and foremost, the atmosphere of the office is professional, clean and immaculately well kept. Both my friend and my husband, who each spoke to my surgeon, commented on this, that it was the nicest doctor's office they'd ever been in." This type of thing inspires confidence in the patient. Appearance matters. Second, Dr. Brahme is very honest, skilled and good with his patients (he was with me).If I were him, I would find a way to tell patients his surgical outcomes statistics in the consult or in the follow up contact. This is the age of Dr. WebMD and with people doing more and more self research on their doctors annually, I think the doctors have an interest in making sure all the positive information available is at a potential patients reach. Example, Dr. Brahme performs 220 breast augmentations in a year, 35% more than the average surgeon. (That is actually true, average surgeon performs 75 augmentations). I know his experience and background are well advertised, but possibly try to put his "batting average" so to speak out there. Thanks, LJCSC Looking forward to my procedure!!"

The minute I walked into the office I was immediately tended to and everyone made me feel at ease. The patient coordinator was wonderful and friendly. She made me feel at home. The moment I met Dr. Brahme, I instantly felt a connection to him as he completely understood what I wanted and explained to me what issues I was up against with the procedure I was doing. He made me feel as if I was family with how tender and caring he was.

I had gone to other consultations and the surgeons were looking at charts and they didn't seem very confident about what size breast would work for me. They also were talking to me about some things that I think only the surgeon should decide. At thihs consultation, however the surgeon was professional, extremely knowlegeable, confident that he would help me achieve the look I want. His nurse Christine was great also.

The staff treated me with kindness and dignity. Although I can be anxious regarding surgery (having had 2 c-sections), it really was a most pleasant experience. Dr. Brahme was very kind and highly professional (probably because he went to the University of Michigan!) - and the anesthesiologist was wonderful and a very calming presence. I was not able to find someone to drive me to my first post-op appointment and the nurse was kind enough to come to my house, which was MUCH appreciated.

I have already decided that Dr. Brahme and Christina are the best medical team in the business. I have complete confidence in their expertise and their candidness. I've had a full facelift with Dr. B in 2007 and he did a fantastic job. I will schedule both procedures discussed when I can block off 6 weeks of down time from my athletic pursuits and when I am a bit further into my new relationship to be able to divulge the fact that I'm getting some cosmetic surgery. I think the fall of 2012 looks good. I'd do the mini face lift right now and save the breast lift for later, but the cost savings for doing both together seem too good to pass up. If there's ever a time when you need a quick fill-in" for the mini facelift, I could be available to do it on a moment's notice if I could later do the breast lift for the price of doing both concurrently. Sorry to be so cost conscious, but I need to be."

I had brought my 7yr old daughter with me to my consultation, which I figured wasn't very common for breast aug. appt. But the receptionist was so great and greeted my daughter first. Then when we were in the exam room the nurse had made a game out of the implant displays" and played with her, it was cute. Then of course Dr. Brahme was great at making feel comfortable. I hate having my shirt off because of the way my breasts look, even with Drs. So I just want to say thank you to all the staff. And I cant wait to get my surgery done. "
