I have complete confidence in Dr. Cook and put any fears I may have had to rest knowing I was in excellent hands. My recovery was quick and easy I don't know if that is thanks to Dr. Cook or just good genes but I was very satisfied with my recovery. As far as being prepared for the surgery I preferred not to have too much information as that may have prompted additional anxiety.

I would give my experience and results a 10". The whole process exceeded my expectations. I saw Dr. Cook 3 years before I actually had the face lift. At that time we decided we would wait a few years and I wanted to loose some weight before getting the surgery. When I did return, I had a specific date in mind that gave the office very little lead time. They accomodated the request. I was very concerned about pain and several people in the office made me comfortabel that the pain would be managed, and that there was not much pain with the procedure. They were right. Everything went very smoothly and I felt confidence with Dr. Cook and everyone in his office, to the surgi-center, and the women who stayed with me in the hotel. The whole experience was seamless. Dr. Cook's office really knows the meaning of customer service. It is so rare these days to find this. It was worth the money, the time, and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook and have handed out his cards to several people already. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Cook's office for making a major procedure so simple and such a positive experience for me. My husband thanks you too.

Everything went by without a hitch. It was a delightful experience. The Staff and the Surgeon are without a doubt, the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very helpful and so kind. Plus the Facility itself is gorgeous. From the general waiting area to the private patient rooms, everything is tidy and the decor is wonderfully subtle. I now refuse to go to any other Surgeon. This is the one, and I've never been happier. One of the best decisions I've ever made. No doubt about it.

Dr. Cook is an artist. He understands the nuances of facial structure and human expression.I had a full face lift, endoscopic brow lift, and fat transfer to my face. The net result was that I look refreshed, but still looked like me. Friends, aquantances and family made comments like, you look so rested, or have you lost weight, did you lighten you hair? Ultimately, no one suspected facial rejuvenation surgery, which is exactly what I wanted! A natural result.His entire staff is highly professional and top notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook to my family and friends.

The results are wonderful. Laser lipo on my arms has accomplished for me what exercise and diet never could! It's motivated me to keep them toned so I can extend the result for as long as possible! My only concern, and it's minor and Dr. Cook remedied it afterwards, was I needed more pain relief during the procedure, and afterwards for the first couple of days. It was more painful than I expected! But would I do it again? Absolutely, for what I got out of it.

Was not completly satisified with the results. Right side of my brow looks very good but left side above my eye has some creasing is the best I can describe. Being out of stat I have not been able to get back for a second check after surgery but will still make an effort to come back for a consult. Thank you.

The surgeon and practice had a protocol that covered lots of details. they were efficient and available for questions and planning. surgi center was a breeze. minimal paperwork. nice post op drugs. kept me confident and relaxed. best surgical experience i have had; set the bar for other experiences. surgeon was direct and didn't patronize. nice coordinator and nurses. really can't say enough and i am a consumer of medical services of all types (not cosmetic) and also for my chronically ill daughter. good job guys! also, sent my husband for help with his chest scar from heart surgery. i should go back and have the doc take a look at my scars. will do when i have the time.

I received a great deal of information both written and verbal from the doctor and his office staff. The doctor always took the time to answer any questions I had, and encouraged me to ask anything I wanted to know. I called his office several times when I had questions regarding the surgery, cost, and what to expect, and I was always treated kindly and given clear answers. I never felt that I was rushed when calling his office. Everyone took the time in answering questions until I was satisfied. My results was outstanding due to the skill, knowledge, patience of Dr. Cook. I would recommend Dr. Cook most highly.

at first everything looked great, then the swelling stopped going down. and now i'm still edemic a year later. it seems that all the swelling is scar tissue, left over form the surgery. i will never get a flat abdomen due to the scar tissue in there. so it doesn't even look like i had the surgery. that's not the surgeon's fault, i don't think, but nonetheless, i do not have the final image i was looking for.

I have not yet had the surgery but was extremely impressed with my two meetings with the Doctor, with the attention to detail, and the high degree of professionalism I encountered. For example first the discussion of my medical history was more comprehensive than other consultations. Second, the discussion with the Doctor was extremely detailed and informative. He was very hands on and examined me more carefully than in other consults. Third, the meeting with the office manager was very helpful and anticipated my desire to speak with former patients. Fourth, the Surgery Center used is top notch, requiring general lab tests and an EKG before surgery, utilizing an MD anestheologist for the surgery. Fifth, the post-op care is exceptional with provisions made for a caretaker to spend the first night after surgery with the patient. Overall, the whole approach is highly rigorous and exhibits the highest level of professionalism.
