Dr. Kramer and his staff are amazing. I couldn't be any happier with my results. I went in with with low expectations for how my procedure would turn out based on my body and the issues I had. Dr. Kramer did an amazing job. The entire procedure went better than I could have ever imagined and the results were more than I could dream of. All the people of the office and in the clinic were thoughtful, kind, informative and very concerned about my health and well being. I did not want to have to have this surgery, but the people involved really assisted me in the walking through of the whole process. Afraid of needles, etc. the nurse who helped that early morning was amazingly kind and thoughtful of my fears. I so appreciated her. Well planned and well executed in a lovely environment, with kind and competent people. How could you ask for more?

I felt so deeply cared for by Kimm and Dr. Kramer. I was also very pleased with Darby at reception. I felt that these were the three people who made me feel that the surgery would go well. I really appreciate the time, the positive attitudes, and attention to detail that this practice provides its patients. I have recommended this office to many friends and will continue to be a patient should I decide on any other procedures/treatments in the future. You get a free birthday facial after having surgery and I think the gal who did it was also just after more money. I would not go back to her for another facial. Follow up visits improved after I told them I was dissatisfied . Overall dr Kramer is a good doctor. Office staff could improve.

I was extremely informed going through each step from consult to months following because of the information the practice provided. It felt right from the first time that I talked to Dawn on the phone. She told me what to look for in a surgeon even if I don't choose them, and spent probably 20 minutes on the phone with me, answering my questions and listening to my concerns. All this before I even booked a consultation. My best friend and I got our surgeries on the same morning and both have had no problems. I love dr. Kramer, he's a genius!

I received prompt appointments, very little waiting room time, was able to get in to see the doctor at my convenience, and the staff was awesome. The doctor answered my questions, and it was nice to see that he was as genuinely pleased with the outcome of my surgery as I was. The nurse in the office was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable. The surgery center was very efficient, and the staff there was friendly and helped put me at ease. I was well informed as to what to expect, and was happy to know that any problems afterward would be promptly addressed. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Kramer is the best. His staff is fantastic. I had a very good experience and would do it all over again in a heartbeat; I just can't believe I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Kramer stood out from the other surgeons I met with prior to my surgery. I felt like my health and well-being was very important to him. I appreciated this, given that I had some prior medical conditions that needed to be acknowledged before going into surgery. I did not get this sense from ANY of the three other well-known surgeons in the area that I met with. They didn't care... I could tell they just wanted my money. Heck, if I wanted, they would have given me ridiculously large implants, without much regard to what my body could actually accommodate. I just know that it could have been disastrous with any other surgeon. But with Dr. Kramer, I have been 100% happy with my results.

Dr. Kramer is patient, observant and a great listener. At each visit, he read back notes from my file in order to confirm what we had discussed, and I always felt 100% confident that we were on the same page regarding my desired look. He was also genuinely respectful - something I didn't see in a lot of other doctors with whom I consulted. When post-op swelling was an issue for me, he was open to my proposed solutions and we worked together to get a great final outcome.

I was nervous about even going to the consultation. Everyone in Dr. Kramer's office made me feel comfortable and Dr. Kramer was very respectful and made me feel good about my body, the way it was. He explained the procedure I was interested in very clearly and he suggested the specific approach that would achieve the best results. I had a great experience at St. Luke's surgery center as well as at St. Luke's. All of the people who cared for me were wonderful. Both Dr. Kramer and Kim followed up and checked on me a number of times after the surgery. The results were just what I had hoped for and I can't think of a time that I have experienced a better bedside manner or more thorough care from a medical team!

I feel as though Dr. Kramer didn't really have a thought out plan or enough experience to meet my surgical needs. Because of this i will probably be needing a revision surgery. His patient coordinator wasn't very precise on a lot of the information given to me. Because of that, i ended up paying way more then my expected quote. Had i known then what i know now. I would have not proceeded with this procedure.

My OBGYN doctor recommended Dr Krammer. After my first meeting with the staff and Dr Krammer, I felt confident they knew what they were doing and would provide the best care for me.I was older than their typical patient and taking several medications they needed to consider for pre-op and post-op care. Dr. Kramer was very specific regarding what MY personal body shape would do with each of implant and helped me with patience pick a size that I would be happy with. His nurse Kimmie and patient coordiator Dawn were amazing through the process and very understanding about getting us in quickly and helping us with questions after the surgery. My pre/post-op nurse was so wonderful, encouraging, and told me exactly what to expect when I woke up in recovery. She was right there with me the whole time.Dr. Kramer was a real perfectionist with getting everything to look even and perfect and I am beyond happy with how my body looks...I wanted to look natural and porportionate and he helped me accomplish my goal easily and with the least amount of trauma and pain. He explained the risks and benefits of each option I had and I felt I could make an informed decision and am happy that I made went with Dr. Kramer and his recommendations for my body.

The results are fantastic! Dr. Kramer and his staff did an excellent job. I felt that they were pretty clear in what to expect and the recovery time expected, etc. Dr. Kramer also listened to what I wanted/expected from the final results and did not try to pressure me into getting more done (lipo). He just told me what my options were. The scarring is much more minimal than I expected and I would do it again if I were making the choice now. Thank you!!

Dr. Jonathon Kramer is an exceptional plastic surgeon. He is meticulous with detail and will not perform ANY surgical procedure without fully informing the patient of all risks, and he truly cares about your health and creating the best outcome, not pushing you to do something that could create a health, healing, or unfavorable result. He will even change the surgery plan if an issue comes up. We had agreed to a larger implant size but he had one size lower available just in case". Good thing, too, because he had placed the larger implant and removed it. He said it "looked weird" and put in the other size. He didn't risk an unfavorable or health-related issue. With my breast augmentation, he was clearly concerned with the thin lower tissue, and how it would hold up to a larger implant. He also was unsure whether I needed a breast lift at the same time. It turned out I didn't, however he was upfront about the likelihood of needing it within a couple of years. A great surgeon, a perfectionist, takes the time you need-I will travel out of state (I have moved since) to have additional work completed, hands-down."

I have had two surgeries through Dr.Krammer. First was a breast lift with an implant. That was two years ago and I am still so pleased! I went with a smaller more natural look. Most people don't even know I got them fixed which is what I wanted! Now I don't have to wear water bra's and I look great naked! My second surgery was abdominal plasty. During the procedure they repair damaged abdominal muscles which has helped my core strength and for mr reduced back problems! I love the results! I can wear pants without skin hanging over! My surgery was only six months ago so the scar which goes hip to hip is still red but fading with time. I am pleased with both experiences! For me these procedures have allowed me to become a more confident woman and in turn everyone around me has benifited!! I have no regrets! I highly recommend Dr.Krammer and his staff! When choosing a surgeon do your research. Don't let cost be a determining factor! And most importantly make sure they are board certified! Good luck!

I was contacted by surgery center that they were running ahead of schedule and could I come in sooner. I was happy to oblige however once I arrived, I still ended up waiting.The nurse who prepped me for surgery wasnt overly friendly and seemed new and unsure of herself. Not very personable or friendly.I let her know that getting a vein is sometimes difficult on my hand and to please try my wrist or my arm but she insisted and ended up hurting me and bruising me terribly. The anesthesiologist found a vein no problem in my left arm. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I dont like needles so listening to a patient about their own veins, I feel is important!Also, I think more emphasis in the decision-making process of size should be put on the pectoral muscle and how much it pushes the implant down. Had I gone with the original plan I would have been very disappointed with the size and as it is, I still wish I had gone bigger simply because the pectoral muscle impedes the implant so much. If I could go bigger, I would and I wish more emphasis had been given to that factor.

Although I have nothing to compare my experience to, I feel extremely pleased with my overall experience. Dawn the care coordinator went above and beyond to ensure my experience met my needs. My only suggestion would be is the nurse can give post op patients better idea on what type of bra to purchase after done with the bra provided by surgeon. I was confused and felt like I had noguidance or direction on what to purchase. I asked Kimm several times what type of bra I should invest in, I was told to buy one with support. A certain brand or example in clinic setting would have been beneficial. I finally went to Nordstroms and was professionally fit 5 months post op.

I felt as though Dr. Kramer spent an appropriate amount of time answering all of my questions and let me make my decisions without a strong influence or preference. All staff were very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. The surgeon spent ample time with me and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. I wanted to bring my husband with me for the pre-op appointment and the staff didn't have time allotted for us to go over everything concerning the procedure, however, they made the time and the surgeon spent ample time going over all the details with us both again. The surgeon has spent a considerable amount of time and has taken every precaution concerning my surgery with research of my medical background and history due to previous complications from a prior surgery several years ago to ensure this surgery goes well. He is very thorough and has made me feel very confident in his practice. I genuinely feel this surgeon is one of the absolute best in this area. I chose to have a consultation for this surgeon by a recommendation from a close family member and did my own research to make sure I would be safe and not use an assembly line" non board certified surgeon. When I first walked into the office the front desk clerk was really nice as well as the rest of the staff during my consultation. They were all well dressed and knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable to talk about the procedure and to ask questions. I felt like the Dr. knew what he was talking about and was understanding of my wants and needs of the procedure. He did answer all the questions i gave him in an appropriate and timely manner. I liked that they allowed other family members in the room for support it was very comforting. After the consultation I liked that they called and asked if there was anything else i needed and to let them know if i had any more questions. It was all well worth the time. Everyone was very respectful and nice and got back to me within a timely manner to set up the appointment as well as contact me after the appointment to see how it went. I also liked how they were respectful to the person i was with as well and were welcoming to them as well. I Thought the office as well as staff were very professional and dedicated to helping their patients. It was a very great experience. I would gladly tell anyone about them! They were great!

Upon arriving at the office for my consultation, I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the lovely office. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I felt that Dr. Kramer was extremely thorough in explaining things during my consultation with him; much more so than any other physician I previously consulted with. I had total confidence in him. I am one month out of surgery and am very happy with the results. I have recommended Dr. Kramer to my friends and family and even to strangers. I think he is the best in his field; I only wish I had found him earlier as I has surgery by another plastic surgeon that I felt didn't turn out that well. Dr. Kramer will be who I will go to for my next surgery.

I scheduled my rhinoplasty surgery a couple of days after my consultation. I am eleven days out of surgery and so far am highly satisfied with my initial consultation through surgery. I am greatly anticipating seeing the results of my surgery today. So far I am highly satisfied with my entire experience with Dr. Kramer's practice. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me - way more than other surgeons I saw.

I would have scheduled my procedure at the time of the consult except I needed to verify when I would have time available to have the procedure and recovery time.

I just had rhinoplasty surgery done yesterday, July 26. I am recovering nicely with no pain and am feeling great. I look forward to seeing the final result in about ten days. I was very amazed and pleased with how well everything went. I also love the facial products I purchased.

They had a special going on in april so that's when I decided to go with it. he made a strong impression that I really wanted to schedule with him.

Dr. Kramer really took his time with us. I didn't feel rushed and was able to get all my questions and concerns answered. When I left I had all the fees and quotes and info I felt I needed to move forward with scheduling when ready. The patient coordinator, Dawn, is a real sweetie and made us feel like old friends. I especially appreciated the structure and organization with which the office is ran. I had a second opinion at another office and left with nothing. No quotes, no info and was very unsatisfied.

I don't think they fully explained how painful it would be to a person like me with a very low tolerance for pain, and were unsympathetic to my needs for pain control, which I understand but my surgery was 3 weeks ago and now I'm just very sore and have severe muscle pain, but worth it he did an amazing job! I would do it again for sure
