The staff and surgeon were highly competent. At all times I felt that the staff had my best interests at heart. The results are great and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the office.

Relaxed, positive and friendly environment. All questions answered and connection on what needs to be done was fully understood.
i thought dr.b spent a lot of time with me. addressed my concerns and gave valuable input. i felt that we both participated in my treamtent plan equally, and, did not feel that i was just another 'rhinoplasty' to the surgeon.
I was highly satisfied with the experience due to the coordinator providing a lot of very helpful information.
