The day I went and talked to the doctor about the surgery, he and his entire team were very honest, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed beginning on the first day. The entire team including the hospital, nurses, and all of the doctors staff were amazing. I am so proud that I had this done. The result is absolutely to my satisfaction! The only thing I can really say that was negative" was that no one told me, nor was it in any of the preparation paperwork, that there was a possibility my body would reject the internal stitches. There hasn't been any major issues with my body spitting the stitches, I just wasn't mentally prepared to have my body doing that after 6 weeks after my surgery. I just would've liked to have had someone tell me or for the paperwork to have given me some heads up that spitting stitches was a possibility."

I asked for a size and it was not given to me. I take into account that they said it did not look good once they put it in but I am very [unhappy] that he told me this might happen the morning of surg. He should have called me, or told me to make an appointment to come in to see him to go over sizes. I told him I did not want the size he ended up putting me in. Over all I am very [unhappy] about this and his lack of communication. Plus I hate how every time I have come in for the appointment, I never saw him. It was only the nurse. I did not pay all this money to only see him for the 1st appointment and surg.

EVERYONE in the office was so friendly. They walked me through every step and what to expect all along the way. I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I am so thoroughly impressed with the operation of the office and surgical skills of Dr. Lintner. I have already recommended this practice to others and intend to use them again myself. The Dr also gave me recommodations to his opinion of surgery and what he thought would give me the results I was looking for. His surgical nurse was always available every time I called or emailed. The office nurse was as well. It was a pleasant experience and I am extremely excited with the results from Dr Lintners surgical expertise. I have recomended him to friends and will continue to use him for any procedures that he offers in his office.

I am very satisfied with results, he did excellent work. However, I think that my appearance following eye lift made me look less warm, due to lower brows. Want to convey my inner approachability with my expressions. That being said, Botox following surgery may provide just the right balance I am looking for, between youthfulness and approachability, and may soften the slight sternness in my expression.

Dr. Lintner explains everything intelligently. He doesn't talk to me like I'm a child. He answers questions thoughtfully if I need further explanation or reasons. He absolutely cares that we are happy and satisfied with our results, and he is willing to improve areas of the procedure that can be further improved. He not only gives us his cell number to call him in the evenings, he encourages us to use it. He called me one night asking why I'd not called him and what was my question. He put me at ease completely. (I'd said to his nurse that I'd call him with a question, but then thought that would be intrusive, so I didn't call. Obviously, she'd told him to expect a call from me.) He also responds very quickly and thoroughly to text messages I sent after 10 P.M. I was worried this couldn't wait til morning. His nurse is also very intelligent and knowledgeable in procedures and recovery. I've had plastic surgery in the past, and had a good experience, but my experience with Dr. Lintner was beyond my expectations in every way. He is innovative, compassionate, and desires that all his patients experience the best results possible for them.

I had gone to 3 other surgeons for a consultation and chose Dr. Lintner as I felt he was extremely knowlegable and had a terrific demeanor. I immediately felt very comfortable with him. I was so satisfied with the outcome then as I am with this past surgery. He is just such a talented doctor and likeable person. He is very patient and explaines everything in detail to make sure I understood the before and after surgery. He is always available as is his staff. All the staff members are genuinely kind and helpful. Recommending a plastic surgeon is very serious and I have and will continue to recommend him to others. I just couldn't be happier with the results and the care and concern I have experienced.

My surgeon and his team were always kind, warm, and incredibly attentive to me. This was the first surgical procedure I've ever had, so I was particularly concerned with the anesthesia and possible pain I may endure; Dr. Litner and his team put me at ease and I'm so happy to say that I was never uncomfortable or in pain throughout the entire process. It's been two months since my procedure and I'm thrilled with my results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Litner to any one interested in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Lintner and Liz restored my physical and mental esteem after an unfortunate surgical experience. My procedure was a reconstructive augmentation and lip repair resulting from a less than satisfactory procedure involving another surgeon. An excrutiating 11 months of extreme pain, anomoly in size and position as well as an injection error which resulted in restylane/juvaderm being injected into a vein which ruptured into an unsightly purple bulge on my lip. Dr Lintner and Liz quickly identified and mapped out a course of correction that was logical and eased the fears that were inferred by the other surgeon. 11 months of agony was corrected in 45 glorious minutes. Dr. Lintner was referred to me and I would recommend word of mouth over who is rated in a local magazine as number 1 any day!

First of all, when I finally decided to have this surgery, I wanted it as soon as possible. The staff worked for me and got me in right away and I had the surgery within two weeks of my initial consult. Dr. Lintner and his staff were very thorough and answered any and all questions I had without feeling rushed or stupid for asking. I was referred by a friend and would definitely refer another friend or return myself for other procedures as I deem necessary.

I underwent re augmentation, from saline to silicone, my implants were 18 years old. The outcome far exceeded my expectations! I had no need for pain medication, they listened to my worries of anesthesia and getting sick and for the first time I did not get sick from the anesthesia. Liz, Dr. Lintner's nurse, was available at all times as well as giving me both of their cell numbers. Their staff is extremely personable and helpful in every way. Following my procedure, I've received multiple coupons for bra fittings , spa services at Atlanta Skin care and a happy healing card from the office. Great overall experience, I couldn't be happier!

Recommend this group VERY HIGHLY and as we have been in the medical field for 40+ years, we are hard to please!

This was my first cosmetic surgery and Dr. Lintner, Liz and staff went above and beyond my expectations. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. I had a reaction to one of the medications and within 30 mins my husband was able to get a new one. I called a few times where I thought I would have to leave a message and was greeted by a friendly voice EVERY time! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lintner, Liz Lintner and their staff. As soon as I met them for our initial consultation I knew that I was dealing with a special group of people. The entire process of the surgery was explained to me in detail by Dr. Lintner himself. My expectations from the surgery were listened to and addressed. I truly felt that I had found the doctor that was perfect for me. We worked together on a plan that was best for my body and my expectations. Dr. Lintner performed surgery that corrected issues I've had for years. His technique was the least aggressive than those of other doctors I visited. And his results were so natural that even I am surprised sometimes. Then he gave me guidelines for a diet and exercise plan for continued improvement. I have listened to what he advised and I feel great! I would return to Dr. Lintner and his staff time and time again if I needed to. I would also continue to recommend him to my friends. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I ALMOST feel a little bit guilty because of how great I look and feel! Thank you Dr. Lintner!

The doctor was very concerned about my expectations and the quality of the procedure prior to the actual surgery. His attention to detail was amazing and really put me at ease. The information I received prior to the surgery was excellent and easy to follow. I was given the cell phone number of the doctor and told that I could call him at any time if I had questions or concerns. (I can't remember the last time a doctor allowed me to contact them personally and I believe that this shows real concern on his part.) The office staff was helpful, friendly, and I never had to wait more than a few moments after arrival. I never felt rushed or pushed during any of my visits. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I have been happy with my experience with Dr. Lintner, I would go back for other procedures and I would recommend him, but here are some considerations:1. The preop information was very good, but I guess I did not feel prepared for how high and swollen, and for how long my implants stayed high after surgery, I did freak out a lot. Having had a over the muscle experience before, I was not prepared, maybe seeing pictures at 1 week and 3 months would have helped.2. My present implants look slightly bigger and are wider than the once I had before, I might be wrong and I do understand that the team made lots of changes going from teardrop overs to round unders, but seeing the final look I still think 250c or max 275cc would have given me a look closer to what I had. 3. I was told many times that 25-50cc difference is not much, than why go bigger, if the difference is so minimal, when one knows the patient really wants small implants, and she is so concerned with looking bigger and fake?I don't mean any of this in a bad way, I am happy with the result, I am just trying to give constructive criticism, which I hope you'll understand.Thanks

I really like the fact that he will see you for annual follow-ups at no charge (which is a very good business decision as there is a chance that patients will schedule additional cosmetic procedures in the future), which is something that you do not find with most. He has great credentials and experience. In addition, I feel better that the surgery will take place in a hospital with an anesthesiologist. Finally, it is comforting to know that the doctor allows you to call or text him directly with any concerns or pictures during the healing process.

Dr. Lintner and his staff were a pleasure to work with. I consulted with several doctors and this practice made me feel most comfortable- they were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I felt at ease with Dr. Lintner and his wife/assistant Liz. They took their time informing me of everything I could expect from the procedures, and they answered my questions in depth. Other surgeons I have met with were either rushed, quick to sell me on something else, or had a staff that was not equipped well for customer service. My husband attended my consultation with me and we LOVED the staff as well as the surgeon. We were impressed with how friendly they were. Even Dr. Lintner chatted with us and got to know us a little before even entering the consultation room. His nurse was so sweet and friendly. We appreciated how open and honest they were. We also were highly impressed that Dr. Lintner performs all surgeries in a hospital setting. I loved the option of trying on sizes. Dr. Lintner was our 3rd consultation and we found him to be the best out of all three. Third time was definitely a charm. I look forward to working with him and and his staff for a future surgery.

Dr. Litner was my third consultation for my Mommy Makeover. The other facilities treated me like i was one of many they could get money from. One consultation consisted primarily of watching videos!! The staff at Dr. Litner's office were all very nice and treated me as if I were the only patient being treated! Dr. Litner himself took over an hour discussing the available options, answering questions, and providing input and recommendations specifically designed to meet and exceed my personal goals! I felt soo comfortable with everyone so it is hard to point out one specific individual because Dr. Litner's staff work as a cohesive team. When I left the office, I was extra tic, truly believing I had found the right Dr. And staff to do my procedures. I knew I was in Great Hands!

I wish all experiences with a doctor's office was as pleasant as this one. I was CHEERFULLY greeted when I came in like they were truly happy to see me. I realize this practice is not the same as other types of doctors but they could all take a lesson from the staff in this office. It doesn't cost any more to be friendly which immediately makes you feel good. The ladies were so understanding of my nervousness and truly cared about me. The doctor was so thorough and left no question unanswered. Sabrina is FABULOUS. This was a very pleasant experience and I had more 1-on-1 time with Dr. Lintner than I expected. The office staff is exceptional and very nice to deal with and very accommodating. Some of the questions about recommending friends was a bit early since it would depend upon the outcome of the surgery, no? But I would certainly recommend a consultation visit.Having Sandra's practice next door is VERY helpful and a great asset. I have since had very good results from my consultation with her and look to working with her. The ability for her to walk in and get the doctor is of tremendous value.

Everyone explained every step. I even called the doctor back in to see me with the larger size implants and dressed in a tight blouse. Sadly I carelessly laid my Ray Ban sunglasses down in the chair and forgot them. I noticed them missing within 10 minutes, but when I called, the office was closed. I called first thing next morning and the girl said she looked and found nothing. I called back minutes later and mentioned my exact steps and that maybe they were in the dirty laundry. Sadly enough she informed she had already looked everywhere and they were no where to be found. So, I can feel confident that everyone does all they can to help.

I was especially excited when I left Dr.Linter's office because I was very thankful for Mrs.Linter's candid and thoughtful conversation about the procedure etc. I had scheduled this procedure a couple years ago and chickened out...I was a little embarrassed to go back after I had cancelled my procedure a couple years ago. Having said that, I knew Lintner was the best and I wanted to make sure he was the one who performed my procedure. I couldn't have felt more welcomed when I came in for my consultation and was incredibly thankful for all of the information and support I recieved while I was there. I received multiple follow up calls and was given the doctors personal cell number in case I had any questions- that is stellar!
