All the staff were kind and caring. Dr Nichter never appeared rushed during my appts. He took his time to explain the procedures and answer my questions. The pre op education was very thorough which helped make the recovery go much smoother because I knew what to expect. Also the written materials were a good reference source post sx.

It has been three months since my surgery and I still can't believe what I see everyday. On the day of my surgery Dr. Nichter told me how he just loves what he does and I could tell. His tone and mannerisms made me so comfortable and calm. Dr. Nichter always takes his time in my follow up appointments. He called the evening of my surgery just to check on how I was doing. I have been so pleased with the entire experience.

I was very clear that I wanted my breasts to look very natural. I didn't want inplants; just a natural lift of my own breasts. With a little fat graft to give a more round form on top, they look and feel perfect to me. No scaring around my nipples and little to no scarring under the breasts. Dr. Nichter, listened and understood what I wanted and I am very satisfied with the results. At the surgery center, the day of surgery, Dr. Nichter went over everything he was going to do; so that we both" understood eachother and that was very comforting at that time. "

I think my expectations were more than was achieved. I probabably would have liked a bit more tightening, however never having any experience with plastic surgery,I had no reference point. I was not told about the itching and the ear numbness, but again had no reference point. I was not told that my skin could be very red and bumpy, which it is.

The results of the surgery were great. The one suggestions that I have is the recovery time. During the presentation I was lead to believe that in 3 or 4 days I would feel I was ready to go out in public. I was swollen and didn't look as good as I anticipated. If I would have been told that in some cases the recovery time is longer, I wouldn't have been disappointed in my rate of recovery. I think that this is something that needs to be mentioned. As in In some cases your recovery time is going to take longer." It wouldn't have prevented my having the surgery, but I would have been more prepared for the length of time of recovery. I took about 2 weeks before I was comfortable going out in public. "

I would have like to have known exactly on the morning of the surgery what and how the treatment was being done. I did now know anything that happened after I was put in the room until it was all over with. I thought I was having a brow lift but only had the skin taken off my eyelid. Now I still need my right eyelid lifted Also my upper lip has lost most of the fullness after only one year.

Feeling rushed all the time, I felt that I was just another$$$ for the office. No one seemed to truly be interested and take the time and call me back and find out if any of those expensive product I purchased worked for me. To this day I have my dark patches witch before the blue peel I did not have them. Also I ended up with a scar on my left eye which I did not have before.

I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Nichter who performed my surgery. His skill as a surgeon was wonderful and his bedside manner warm and comforting.---All the gals in the office were knowledgeable and also very warm and understanding. ----My hospital experience (off site) was super. I was very apprehensive about not having the procedure done in a general hospital as I have a lot of allergies and was afraid of a severe allergic reaction, but all the personell were very competant and all went well.

Dr. Nichter and his staff are the best in the business! I had a tummy tuck a couple of years ago with another surgeon, and never during the whole process was I ever given the type of attention and care that Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in HB gave me. Dr. Nichter performed some lipo and he explained the whole process from beginning to end, so I would know what to expect. He allowed me to ask all the questions I had, and he answered, thoroughly, every single one!! I did not feel rushed at any time and every minute I was there, his staff made sure I was comfortable. The main thing that I will always remember, is when I came home that afternoon after lipo surgery, Dr. Nichter personally called me (NOT his staff) that evening to ask and make sure I was doing okay. Now how many doctors do that?! I am happy with my results and now I can, if I wanted to, wear a bikini, and I am 51 yrs old ;-) I highly recommend Dr. Nichter, and his staff, for any elective procedure.

I was treated in a very congenial manner throughout my visit. Dr. Nichter spent considerable time with me explaining the various options available, advised about the maximum effect that could be expected, the cost/benefit of each additional procedure, and his recommendation based upon that criteria. Both he and the staff were impressively professional, and I came away more than satisfied that the outstanding references provided by former patients on the internet were truthful. I told Doctor Nichter that based upon all that I had discovered, he was the only surgeon I would want to perform the procedure. I had that thought in mind when I came for my appointment, and everything that occurred during the appointment confirmed that opinion. It would be wonderful to proceed with the surgery, but the cost is, unfortunately, too much for me to consider at the moment.

Both my husband, who accompanied me, and I were already aware of Dr. Nichter's bio and impressed with his training and years of experience. Meeting him in person further convinced us of his professional stature and reinforced our confidence in him. Aside from my BP issues, our only other disappointment was the cost. Just a few months ago, my friend had undergone a more complex procedure that included a brow lift and blepharoplasty for less.

I absolutely loved Dr Nichter. He was knowledgable and helpful and answered all of my questions and spent time to make me feel comfortable, he was very personable. I truly felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, especially Stephanie Hyman. I got a follow up email from her and she also chatted with me before I even came to the appointment. The absolute only reason I didn't move forward with booking to procedure was price. I was quoted about 7500 and didn't want to spend over 6500 and ended up finding a special for 5K for the same procedure by another doctor. I actually preferred Dr Nichter overall but just wanted to save money. I am considering a breast augmentation procedure later and will keep Dr. Nichter at the top of list for that procedure. He truly comes across as one of the best in the business.

Dr. Nichter was very informative, made me feel very comfortable, and clearly takes pride in what he does for patients. He seems to truly want the best results and takes a very individual approach. Every step of the way, the staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichter and I'm considering other procedures that I really haven't given much thought to, due to my recent experience. Thank you!

I am one of many patients, but was made to feel by Dr. Nichter and staff that my surgery was the most important of all. There has not been a time when my calls and requests for appointments weren't welcomed. Everyone is kind, courteous and respectful. Dr. Nichter knew the procedures that would give me what I desired. My face is still my face; I don't look like someone else. The weary, droopy look is gone, replaced by a more youthful me. The office was the most beautiful office ive ever been in. I actually went to other consults as well and although Dr. Nitcher wasnt the cheapest choice he made me the most comfortable. It felt that after my consultation and payment of my procedure, it was somewhat difficult to get the contact I needed. Aside from wishing there had been another meeting with the surgeon to discuss my procedure (rather than waiting until the day of surgery), I've had difficulty scheduling follow-up appointments at mutually convenient times. My consultation was a special by-appointment Saturday visit, but I feel that the same accommodation hasn't been made available after the procedure.

I was highly satisfied because there were no surprises. I was informed about every part of the procedure and how I was going to feel afterwards, the approximate healing time, what I would look like. Also, every staff member was positive, friendly, informed, helpful, kind and accomodating. I never felt rushed, all my questions were answered and Dr. Nichter took as much time with me as I needed. Plus, I am thrilled with the results of my surgery. I look like myself, just younger! My face and neck look great. I have gotten only positive feedback from friends and family.

I was referred by a friend and I was highly satisfied from the very first phone call I placed to schedule the consultation (I was seen a few days later and my surgery was 1 week after my consultation) to all the pre and post op appts. Every person I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mainly I was not told that the light lift did not address the wrinkles around my mouth. I am not dissatisfied with the outcome of my surgery, I just think the surgeon should have told me that I really needed a full face lift or that I would need injectables big time" to address those problems. You should know that my survey answers are based upon my last follow up as well as my experience during the first visit. Frankly, I felt rushed by Dr. Nichter during this last follow up. I had to wait about 30 minutes for him in the room, however, the staff took me in there immediately. When I get rushed like that I forget what I want to discuss and I don't feel like I am a valued client. I sort of felt like he was done with me because, afterall, I've already paid and now he was working for free. Sorry to have to share this, but it is the way I felt. The staff did a great job. They always make me feel welcome."
