Something came up that I was unable to keep my original appointment. They got me in the same week due to a cancellation. I truly appreciated that.
The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Communication between doctor/nurses to patients is outstanding. I felt like my doctor and nurses really cared to listened to my concerns and did everything possible to help me find results, make suggestions, and advise me on what to do. They work efficiently and show immense consideration. This was the quickest and overall best experience I’ve had at a doctors visit. Dr. Valderrama is very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. She and her staff work effectively and efficiently. I love the care and attention that she shows with her patients. Best OB/GYN doctor that I have been had the pleasure of meeting.
