Dr. French and his colleagues -- the patient coordinator and nurses -- are knowledgeable, well-organized, friendly, and put me at ease. Everyone communicated a genuine sense of caring about patient satisfaction. I had to postpone my surgery due to recovery time and rehab for an unrelated fracture. Nobody pressured me to stick to the original date but instead worked with me to find the best time for the surgery. My questions all were answered clearly, and the written materials given to me were exemplary. The same-day surgery at Sibley Hospital went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the professionalism and attitude of the staff there. I was very impressed by Dr. French's work -- results were fully in line with my expectations. My recovery has been easy, and the follow up care makes it clear that the patient isn't neglected once the surgery is over.

This was my first big surgery so I had a ton of questions and was pretty nervous. Dr. Ewart never failed to answer any question I had and he answered them thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He and his staff were all AMAZING. I picked him through, believe or not, a google search and I couldn't be more pleased. I got exactly what I asked for and wanted from my procedure :) The results are beautiful, he did a great job.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cohen and his staff. I was very impressed with how professional and personable everyone was. Dr. Cohen takes time to really listen to what you want, and answers any questions you have. I never felt rushed or like 'just another patient.' The day of my surgery, I was really put at ease by the operating room nurse, and the anesthesiologist - both were just wonderful. My recovery was intense, as expected, but I was well-prepared by Dr. Cohen and staff about what to expect. I am extremely pleased with my results and would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

I really appreciated how well the staff was with me, Dr Vanderpool was amazing. Before I even decided on which surgeon, all I did was look at Dr Vanderpools website in the photo gallery and knew he was who I wanted to do my surgery. Than when actually discussing with him at the consult, there was no other surgeon I wanted. I had an easy recovery, no bruising, I was back to work monday and my surgery was on a Friday, I had great experiences with the office they are really welcoming and made me feel important, and made my time worthwhile. Dr Vanderpool in my opinion has the best facility and staff not to mention he's the best surgeon there is. I would highly recommend Dr Vanderpool to anyone and everyone. I liked the communication of the doctor and staff with me. Very professional.But, kind and considerate. Willing to do whatever is needed to see that I have had a successful outcome. He was the only doctor that I had consultations with that understood some of the long term problems I have been having with my muscles. I feel great this has changed my life both physically and I have the added benefit of people telling me I look good. Would do this again in a minute. Dr. Harris and his staff are not only experts in the field, but were professional and caring throughout the entire process. As a Registered Nurse, I feel my expectations were very high and each person on the care team met those. Mona and the financial team made sure I was clear on everything as I planned my procedures. Dr. Harris did a perfect job on a not so perfect canvas. And Gayla is a gem. She customized my discharge instructions to my specific needs. And most importantly she made my husband (who has NO medical experience) feel very comfortable with the thought of taking me home 24 hours after a tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast lift. Gayla and Debbie both made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed at my post op visits. This practice provides excellent customer service along with expert patient care. I could not have ask for a better experience. It was worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Harris and Gayla for taking such care of me!

After surgery really numb emotionally and not sure accelerated my menopause...my boyfriend told me I would feel this emotional based on what the nurses told him in recovery. I don't recall a lot of discussion on recovery as far as lack of emotion and not sure if it is just menopause?? Healing time? Activity walking pulling hurts? maybe it is my age? Not sure.

Everything has been good except for the post op... and one of the receptionists doesn't seem to like her job much... I'm glad I have some time, 18 mos, to decide if I'm satisfied or want 'adjustments' ... that was really important in my decision. Doc is very easy to talk to and helpful. During my pre-op office visits, Dr. Daniels spent a lot of time answering all my questions and gave me detailed information on everything I needed to know to prepare myself for surgery. Being able to look at photos of previous patients helped me feel confident that Dr. Daniels was a very skilled surgeon and he assured me that my results would look completely natural. On the day of surgery I felt comfortable and relaxed and I knew I was in good hands. In the weeks following my surgery, I was amazed at how quickly I was recovering. In fact, two months after surgery I had a Christmas party and not a single person suspected I had surgery. Now, six months post surgery, I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my surgery. Not only are there no visible scars, but the end result is so youthful and natural. My husband thinks I could pass for 35 years old and so many of my friends are asking for my beauty secrets. Dr. Daniels is an incredibly talented surgeon and I am so grateful to him for taking away all the signs of aging from my face. Now I look as young as I feel.

Dr. Horowitz did a good job. My expectations perhaps were unrealistic. The recuperation time was much more difficult than I expected, and took a lot longer than I anticipated. Also, while I noticed a difference in the lifting up of sagging skin, and I did the surgery for ME, I did not have a single person notice any difference or comment that I looked better, or younger, or fresher. I did not expect to shave 20 years off my face, but I thought the results would be a little different.

It's been 3 months since my bleph and my upper eyelids are still very hooded and wrinkled. I believe more skin should have been removed. My lower lids were not treated high enough with the laser to erase" the wrinkles there. I am not happy with my results and paid quite a bit of money for these poor results. Dr Lilli was good in the beginning. After surgery I was highly unhappy with my breast due to the fact that one was extremely higher than the other. I made an appt to see him and before I could talk to him his MA was diagnosing me with capsular contraction. After the surgeon came in and examined my breast he stated that he would put me on ibu 600mg every 4 hrs for swelling.. I explained that I felt very uncomfortable due to a previous bad experience with fainting and dizziness. Instead of finding another method for me he stated there was nothing he could do for me. I felt hopeless and thought he was money hungry. Amazing how he went from extra nice to helpless. Dr Lillie refused to release a copy of my record so I could take to another surgeon to get a second opinion. Will never recommend him to any anyone...

For starters I always felt comfortable I was never nervous. The staff at Dr. Paul Vietnas was so nice and welcoming. The office felt more like a home instead of a Dr. office. I was called and sent emails to check on me and remind me of upcoming appointments. They were very patient and kind and real quick when I showed up for an appointment I wasn't even waiting but for 2 minutes. I was always in and out in no time flat I loved that because I'm not patient at all I hate to wait for long periods of time. I absolutely love Dr. Paul Vietnas because he's so kind and loving and has a good sense of humor he makes you feel like you aren't just strictly business he makes you feel at home like you are family and never once did I feel uncomfortable. his staff is sooo awesome and very kind and loving and met all of my needs.

The complication with the surgery, and the scar and indented nipple that were a result of not draining on time. For the cost of the surgery I was hoping that would not have happened and now I will still have an indented nipple for life with a scar straight through it.

I feel confident that the suggestions that Dr. Rudderman makes regarding procedures are honest and in my best interest. Many surgeons will perform procedures regardless if it is needed to make money. Dr. Rudderman seemed to focus on my concerns and procedure outcomes vs solely making money. This is important when selecting a surgeon.

I VERY rarely write reviews, but the experience I had with Dr. Kapoor and his office was so phenomenal that it deserves recognition. I chose him due to his extensive background in dealing with Male Breast Reduction (gynecomastia), and had my surgery in September of 2012. From the moment I awkwardly walked in to his office, Dr. Kapoor and his staff instantly made me feel comfortable. After my consult, I was confident that I was well informed and ready to have this done. Surgery day was a breeze- came in and before I knew it I was relaxed and ready to go. Woke up a bit later and I was a new man. My prescriptions, vest, post op materials were all ready for me and my follow up appointments were already scheduled. Dr. Kapoor called me frequently just to check in, even though my surgery went perfectly and I had no issues whatsoever. The results were astoundingly good, and I am kicking myself for having waited so long to do this. I cannot say enough good things about him as a surgeon, and his bedside manner was first class. I look at him now as both my surgeon and a friend, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery in his field.

Dr Edwards is a very kind and generous doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in breast augmentation. I never felt any pressure from him or the staff. I'm still healing so everything is not officially in place but I'm loving the results so far! I look nicer in the dresses I've been able to wear so far. I never wore bandeaus because they looked so ridiculously dumb on me because I was so flat-chested; now they look fantastic! I am no longer cursed with not being able to pull off strapless clothing! Everything looks so much better already. I can't wait till they fully mature and fit into my body .

When calling in with questions,right after some staff seemed unconcerned with issues. Answers were , it was "perfectly normal" when I was very concerned about something that I was afraid was wrong. I was bleeding a lot . My wounds looked infected. I would ask questions and got the same response each time. It would have been helpful to have an explanation of why it was "normal".
