Many times when you are having this type of procedure.. you are very nervouson the initial visit. The staff , and everyone involved were exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly. I loved Dr Holly Wall. I had a mole removed in a very visible place on my face. She was very informative about the procedure., and put me at ease. The price was very reasonable for the level of excellence in her work. Ive never experienced any complications.

The information given to me was thorough, even though I was so nervous I only heard half of it. What impressed me is that it was repeated again in several ways until I did understand. Everyone I met was extremely supportive throughout my experience. I am not Dr. Saltz's youngest patient, but he made me look so much better. I now feel more confident meeting people. One of my procedures was a brow lift. An added bonus was that it improved my eye sight. Thank you Dr. Saltz for making me feel beautiful.

I felt Dr. Teitelbaum was rushed... on a few occasions he had his hand on the door, ready to leave, as I asked my questions, which I didn't particularly like.I'm not 100% satisfied with the surgical results. I was told that some of the asymetry would correct itself over time, but that has not happened yet.The compression garmet wasnt very good. I found many better alternatives online. I would think for the price I paid, that the Dr. could provide the best compression garments available.

I loved how knowledgable my surgeon was and how comfortable he made me feel. I didn't even feel the need for a second consult with another PS but did so just for comparison. This was my second breast augmentation with Dr. Saltz, I had capsular contracture. It was bittersweet as I was not happy with the size that I had originally chosen. I decided to increase the breast implant size and change to textured implants- I could not be happier! I knew that I was in the best hands, Dr. Saltz and Ruth listened to what I wanted, taking into consideration what was appropriate for my body. Dr. Salt's expertise is priceless, she and her staff are excellent at what they do. I would also like to say Julieanne (I hope I spelled her name right) did an excellent job going over sizing at my pre-op appointment, she really listened and help guide me through what my options were. If I were to need anymore cosmetic surgery (after kids! or botox!) I will be back and always recommend Dr. Saltz to my friends and family. Dr. Saltz and Ruth are a great team and balance each other out perfectly, thank you Ruth for pushing for a bigger size in the operating room, the final size is perfect without being over the top. Also- the music, decor, atmosphere in the looby/waiting room, I loved. It relaxed me and made me feel comfortable at each and every visit.

I based my decision on what size implants to do from viewing their web site. I mentioned their web site twice during the consultation and once during the pre-op appt and it was never suggested by the surgeon to view the site together. If he had, perhaps he could have pointed out realistic and unrealistic expectations. I am 2 1/2months out from my surgery and my breasts don't match. I have been diligent in the post-op exercises and I know he said to give it 3 months. So I'm really hoping that by that time they are they way they should be.

Overall a great experience. However, I am only 3 months post-op and I am not 100% happy with results. Close but not 100%. I go for my 3 month appointment and hoping to get some reassurance. (Breasts/Areola are uneven, WHICH I KNOW was all over the literature that they sent me so somewhat expected) Awaiting to see what it looks like 9-12 months post-op. Definatley worth the money and experience even if it doesn't get better. I thought the RR experience was rushed. I was throwing up the whole way home from surgery center. I could have taken just 30 more minutes in RR.

I feel that being satisfied", is not a bad thing. One reason I was not "very satisfied" is because, people today, donot go "above and beyond" what they do for others. So, to rate anything today, "very satisfied", will take alot more than what is expected. My experience was good. I got what I expected. Anything more than that, is like I stated before, very hard to do! One way things would have been different in the ratings department, would have been an easy enough fix, and also made a big different, and which,( I have made mention of before), that is: to make the silicone tape Mepitac available to patience without there being an extra cost. This alone, would have scored big, in my opinion!!! But, by there being an extra charge for something that the doctors know would aid my situation more, yet, did not make it readily availble to me, that to me spells greed, and not concern for my full wellbeing."

i did not receive pre-op data until about 3 weeks before the surgery when I was asked to sign a document that attestation that I read and understood the risks associated with augmentation and breast lifts. Unfortunately, I had not. I was requird to come into the office on several occasions outside of the normal visits.. accumulation of fluids, severe swelling that did not go away for over 8 weeks. I felt that the nurses took it for granted this was the normal expectations and I should know this. But, at no time did this get communicated. I was asked by the doctor to bring a photo of the look i was aiming for... I was told the conversation would come later. that conversation never happened. I was told by the doctor that he had not decided on the implant size needed for me. no info in the literature about implants needing to drop. after three months my implants are still abnormally high. the expecations were not clearly communcated in a timely enough manner to allow me to make a different decision without losing significant money. follow through on the committment made to discuss my implant size and my desired looked was necessary but never happened

Every single person that I have come in contact with have been so friendly and willing to answer every question that I had. You are treated very well here. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift in January 2013 and this has been the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I have not been happy with my body for years and have always covered it up and now with Dr. Masons help I love my body. I can now wear my two piece bathing suit without the cover-up. I can wear form fitted clothing without worrying that my stomach is hanging out. When I take my bra off, my boobs are still up and not flat.As for my scars, no one knows they are there except me and my husband and they are worth the trade.I am still in the early stages but everyday they get better. I cannot thank Dr. Mason enough for the fabulous job that he did. He is an incredible surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am glad that I found Southlake Plastic Surgery.

I had the good experience of meeting Dr. Nein and ladies were so helpful. I was very well prepared for the surgery by them and felt comfortable having the procedure done. I think the surgeon is highly skilled, but could be a little more considerate of the enormity of the decision a patient must make to proceed with a plastic surgery. It is very emotional and costly. He seemed very thoughtful prior to surgery, but he came across as annoyed with some of my concerns or suggestions for improved communication following surgery. This led me to believe that he is highly perfectionist (which can be good), but perfectionism can lead to not accepting criticism well. He came across a little harsh at times. I also felt as though he had his staff deal with me (which they did wonderfully) and he didn't feel comfortable with me addressing my concerns with him personally. Overall, he did a fabulous job and I am satisfied.

I told him I may want to be a little bigger and he advised me why I would not want to go any larger, the complications that would be involved, but that if I wanted he would let me look. I loved the fact that he told me the truth. That i coul do it but shouldn't. He told me he was sure I'd be happy with my size and he was right I couldn't be happier!

The entire experience was positive. From the office staff, nursing to the surgeon. Everyone made me feel comfortable and significant. The atmosphere of the business was pleasant at all times. I was allowed the time I needed to make decisions and someone was always available to answer my questions. Some staff even sharing their own experiences was helpful to put my nerves on ease. Once I started this process it was quick. I didn't have to wait for months to reach completion.The only thing I would change about the experience is that I was not able to recover fully before being escorted out of the building following surgery. I barely had my eyes opened when they were getting me up and scooting me out. I have very vague memories of even getting to the car and checking into the hotel room and most of those memories were supplied to me by my spouse. I would have appreciated more time to wake up and get my bearings before having to leave. Otherwise the experience was A+

From the time I made my consultation, to the time I was post-op, I always felt comfortable, valued and well-informed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surgeon was professional and easy to talk to. The nurse had excellent bed-side manor after the surgery. I was very well taken care of and will refer anyone and everyone to go to Dr. Jones for whatever plastic surgery they need. They were awesome!

The results are beyond expectation. I was worried after 6 weeks because I still had some swelling but as weeks past my eyes now look awesome. There is still a little bit of swelling but I know once it goes away my eyes will look great. Also I was introduced to Credit Care which helped me pay for the procedure within a reasonable period of time without charging me interest. As soon as I pay it off I will be back to get a face lift. I will go back to Dr. Lille. I liked him very much and he did a wonderful job. The office staff was awesome and communicated everything I needed to know. Thanks!!!!
