Gynecological Problem Visit

Dr. Laneman is a very knowledgeable doctor who helps to solve my health issues. Her staff is courteous, quick and friendly.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Dr laneman noticed my prolactin levels were higher than they should be and didn't say a word until I came back 2 months later!! This time is even higher and it could potentially be a serious problem ?

Return GYN Appointment

I appreciated the time and attention that was giving to my concerns and questions.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

I love Dr. Laneman, she is an amazing doctor.

Gynecological Problem Visit

I had an issue. Dr. Aspen explained the possible causes and referred me to a surgeon in her practice.

New Patient Visit

Not sure what the recommendations by the doctor are?

Annual Well Woman Exam

Took time with me, didn't rush, listened.

New Patient Visit

Dr. Laneman is one of a kind. She always enters the room with a warm greeting and smile. She's very knowledgeable and doesn't ever make me feel rushed during my visits. You know she truly cares just by the way she listens to every word and answers all questions.

Annual Well Woman Exam

I would say I was not completely satisfied. The first issue is that I did not like answering personal questions in the office area, next to the scale. Answering personal questions in such a public area is a violation of my privacy. My next issue is that I was required to sign a paper that I agreed not to bring up any issues/problems at this annual visit. So the doctor comes in an asks me how I am doing. What do I say??????? I cannot bring up any issue or problem regarding my reproductive health????? It seems ridiculous. I might as well be silent and let her just examine me. I realize this must be an insurance issue and not a doctor issue, but it is quite maddening.

New Patient Visit

I waited to be seen almost 3 hours. That's absolutely ridiculous. Then I was seen for maybe 15m and sent home. I left feeling more frustrated with more questions than when I arrived.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

It was my first time doing a Telehealth appointment so I loved the convenience of being home to get my questions answered. Once all the kinks were figured out with the video and audio it worked out perfectly! All of my questions were answered in a way I understood without having to make a trip in to the office.

Annual Well Woman Exam

The time of my appointment and the time I was checked in to be set up in an exam room was over my expectations. Check-in was cumbersome, when checking in for weight and RX information, one person began the process and then left, a second one took over and went over the same information that had previously been covered. It was wasted time on the part of the employees.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

The Doctor was very professional and made me feel comfort.....

New Patient Visit

Dr Lanenman was very cold and unfriendly. She did not ask me anything about my health or previous history. She did not introduce herself or try to make me feel comfortable. She went straight into an exam without explanation of ehat she was doing and I had only ever had a pap one other time. The exam was painful and abrupt and I felt as though she was rushing thtough it and that she did not care. I felt extremely uncomfortable after the experience and was unable to ask questions about my health thst I needed to because of this. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor
