I was able to replace my Debit card in one day rather than wait 2 weeks.
The manager, Carol, and another lady (can't remember her name) went out of her way to ensure I had the paperwork I needed to access my new account. I was able to communicate with them via email and phone call until all of my questions were answered.
I was able to complete my transaction without difficulty.
I reached out after the transition because I can no longer connect my account to Quicken - apparently the messages were not going anywhere. I finally connected with someone and they never got back to me and now months later, I still cannot connect to Quicken.
