I reached out after the transition because I can no longer connect my account to Quicken - apparently the messages were not going anywhere. I finally connected with someone and they never got back to me and now months later, I still cannot connect to Quicken.
Whenever I have a problem or question, it is handled quickly and correctly.
Easy to view and manage accounts.
Simple transfer.
Everything went as expected. I had no problems.
Excellent customer service, every effort made to avoid fees. Very happy switching over from a bank to here!

I can say this Credit Union is like a family bank for me. When I call for something I'm never rejected, they know me by voice and I know them also. You are doing a great job for this community, especially for the city's workers. I worked at Smith House for 30 years, retired 4 years ago, you'll be always my Bank. My money is secure. It took about 2 hours to make the necessary changes and transactions. Very limited time.
I needed to deposit a check, and when I contacted the Credit Union, they seemed very concerned about attending to me even while their office is closed. I feel that I routinely get what I need from the staff.
Great team of workers that do whatever they can to help me with any questions I might have and are quick to get me that answer.
Checks wouldn't deposit using mobile banking. Had to drive to office to deposit. No instructions on website about office not open and when representatives would be in lobby. I had called for help and they told me only certain times of day you could do this.
It was easy and quick to set up a checking account with a debit card when the pandemic hit.
Did not go to the Office lately.
The app doesn't work.
During the shout down needed assistance and received it promptly.
