I reached out after the transition because I can no longer connect my account to Quicken - apparently the messages were not going anywhere. I finally connected with someone and they never got back to me and now months later, I still cannot connect to Quicken.

[Highly satisfied] Because I have been with you guys a long time, since 1987. Any service I ask, I receive it. Car loans twice, recommended letters for my personal business. I can say this Credit Union is like a family bank for me. When I call for something I'm never rejected, they know me by voice and I know them also. You are doing a great job for this community, especially for the city's workers. I worked at Smith House for 30 years, retired 4 years ago, you'll be always my Bank. My money is secure. I needed to deposit a check, and when I contacted the Credit Union, they seemed very concerned about attending to me even while their office is closed. I feel that I routinely get what I need from the staff.
