I normally go to Milford but Anderson office could get me in earlier. Check-in was efficient and the woman was friendly, my nurse was was really sweet. She and Dr. Fleming both spent the time I felt was necessary to adequately discuss my physical health as well as my emotional health. Dr. Fleming took some time to discuss my husband with me which was important to me as well.

The office and staff are always so professional and treat me with great consideration. The appointment ran efficiently and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Fleming was thorough in explaining what he was doing and with asking if I had any questions. He explained why he would do a bone density exam at my next appointment. He is concerned with where I am in life and what is going on with the natural processes of aging. He is always very friendly and really does seem to remember me from year to year.

[Highly satisfied] Because I trust Dr. Fleming and Seven Hills Milford office to give me the best service possible. Dr. Fleming delivered my son almost 22 years ago. It was a crazy scary birth that almost did not turn out well. He kept me calm and we got through it. He was amazing and now my almost 22 year old son is a genius! He is attending college and doing better than expected. What could have ended tragically did not because he is just that darn great!

The office seemed to be short staffed at the time of my visit. The few staff members that were there were frantically running about the office. After I was called back and my blood pressure/weight was recorded, the left me at the weighing station for 15-20 minutes while she went and attended to someone else. I feel it would have been more professional for her to place me in an exam room instead of having me wait in the hallway indefinitely. I have been to many OB offices. I actually transferred to this one due to some bad quality of care I was receiving at another. This is by far the best OB/GYN group I have ever been too. I was happy that the office is taking such careful precautions to keep us all safe (having me call when I got to the parking lot to do a quick assessment, turning chairs around in the waiting room so that people were more spread out, every employee wearing a mask, asking patients to wear masks). The woman who checked me in at the front desk was pleasant. I am always happy with Dr. Fleming's assistant (I feel terrible that I don't remember her name) - she is awesome and I love that I have the same person every time I come to see Dr. Fleming. Dr. Fleming takes the time to understand what is going on with me and take care of what I need.

I was given lots of information and he was extremely helpful in every way. I was given many different options for birth control and he explained each one in detail for me. He helped me with other issues I was having and fixed them. He always makes me feel very comfortable and doesn't just care about what needs to get done, he asks about my new baby, how I am actually feeling and I feel like he truly cares about me, I am not just another patient.

Dr. Fleming is a one-of-a-kind physician! He has the best bedside manner and genuinely cares about his patients! He was my first OBGYN and that first experience was so important! I was so nervous and terrified, especially for having a male doctor! He has treated me the exact same for 20 years this summer! I recommend him to people all the time! And I hope he is still running his rounds when my daughter becomes of age! SHWHC could not possibly have a better gentleman! Not to leave anyone out, doctors Zabrecky, Feisenmeier, Ortiz and Pierson are amazing, too! Just not as much as Fleming! Love him!

There is never a long wait in waiting room and the receptionists are super nice and helpful! Dr. Fleming is thorough and careful to cover everything regarding my high risk pregnancy. We feel very taken care of and confident in his abilities as a doctor. We are very thankful that we have him to care for baby and me.
