About Douglas Leppink:
Dr. Douglas Leppink is a board certified plastic surgeon in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at the Centre for Plastic Surgery.
After graduation from Calvin College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry, he continued his education at Wayne State University School of Medicine where he received his medical degree.
He enjoyed distinguished general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at Ohio State University where he was the recipient of numerous honors and awards including Resident of the Year and Teacher of the Year.
During his many years in practice, Dr. Leppink has received numerous awards including being named to Grand Rapids Magazine's Best Doctors list and being chosen by his peers as a Best Doctor in America.
He is committed to education and serves not only as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine but also as a member of the teaching faculty at the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center.
