I have been coming to Dr. Gschwend for about 20 years (?) and he is the best OB/GYN doctor I have ever had. He is very gentle, personable and he makes you feel very comfortable. But most importantly he "explains" what he is doing and why he is doing it. Many doctors do not "explain or really talk to you in detail." His consultation before every visit is a great part of the visit to check in with you to see if anything has changed in your life (medical, etc.) that could possibly be affecting your body. I am extremely satisfied with him. I am also sad to hear he will be retiring next year...but he deserves it. Out of a 1-10 rating...I give Dr. Gschwend a "20".
