My doctor was extremely nice and I felt really comfortable talking to her. She was very informative and detailed.
If I could give a 5,000 star rating, I would. My last appointment was my third visit with Dr. Castillo. She works with you to address any health concerns, rather than just informing you what to do. she answers all my questions in detail and always makes me feel comfortable.
I felt like the appointment was rushed, I asked certain questions that were kind of answered, but not really. Was never asked about other medications that I am on, usually at my well women's each year I am asked about it. The appointment seemed rushed and I didn't like that. I had 2 previous appointments with Dr. Castillo and that's what made me request her this time for my well women's visit. #1, she had no idea who I was this time, but she remembered me at the other appointments, #2 this visit was very unsociable.
After a tough few days, my doctor was sincere and caring about the problems I was having.
Front desk staff was courteous, wait time was short, MA was polite and interactive. Dr. Costello was pleasant, a great listener, clear explanation about what I was experiencing which was very helpful and it calms my fears.
Dr. Pamela Costillo answered all my questions in reference to my physical and a previous gynocological problem that I had. She was very thorough and professional. I am so glad I met her at the walk-in clinic. I will be seeing her as my Gynocologist whenever I have a health issue in the future.
