About Samer Cabbabe:
Dr. Samer Cabbabe is a double board certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon in St. Louis, Missouri. He performs a wide array of procedures and his interests include minimally invasive cosmetic surgery, fat grafting, facial cosmetic surgery, body contouring, and breast surgery.
Dr. Cabbabe completed his undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University (SLU) after being offered a position in the highly esteemed Premedical Scholars Program. While attending SLU he was a member of several medical societies, including Alpha Epsilon Delta, and he also graduated with honors as a Summa Cum Laude. He then completed his medical school training at SLU, where he graduated as Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Cabbabe was accepted into one of the top general surgery residencies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed 5 years of General Surgery training and later was accepted into a two-year plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama in Birmingham under the training of world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Luis Vasconez. While completing his training in plastic surgery, he learned advanced cosmetic and reconstructive techniques including minimally invasive cosmetic surgery and microsurgical breast reconstruction as well as hand surgery.
Dr. Samer Cabbabe currently serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Anthony Medical Center. He has published numerous papers in major journals and is a frequent guest speaker on breast reconstruction, body contouring, and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Cabbabe is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is also a member of several other professional medical affiliations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the American Board of Surgery.
