The doctor was information and kind.
Dr. Rose always listens to concerns, answers questions fully and presents options. She is very compassionate, approachable, and doesn't rush. I live really far from the practice but will make the commute because the doctors I have seen at the Rockville office are outstanding.
I was fit in last minute for a problem I'm having and really appreciate that! Love Dr. Rose too!
Dr. Rose was great.
Conveniently located, easy parking, Doctor was great.
I hadn't seen Dr. Rose since 2019. Not only did she remember details we had discussed during my last visit but she asked me about things we had talked about several visits ago. She is a wonderful doctor. I recommend her to my family and friends looking for an OB/GYN
Dr. Rose shared a lot of information about my health for a woman of my age. I learned a few things, happily.
It felt very safe, even though I had been nervous about the appointment due to COVID. I also just love Dr. Rose. She is wonderful, warm and lets me ask as many questions as I need to. She is also funny and very personable. She's the best gynecologist (and frankly, doctor!) that I've ever been to.
Fast, kind, caring, and efficient service from all staff. I felt safe and received no judgment.
Fast, friendly, good medical facts without judgement.
Dr.Rose was very professional and knew immediately what my problem was and how we could resolve.
I came with Gyn problems and Dr. Rose did an outstanding job. She explained to me what was going on and she had a plan in mind. Excellent work.
Before I provide my feedback, I am empathetic at how difficult life has been for the last year, especially as front line medical professionals. I have carefully weighed whether or not to provide feedback as I imagine your entire office is under a great deal of strain and stress. When I received an email for our feedback, I decided it would be better for you to know what happened. I scheduled a visit for my 18-year-old daughter for her very first well woman visit. Because of COVID I was unable to go into the lobby with her. Instead, I did my best to prepare her for what to expect. During the visit, she had blood drawn and a urine sample taken. In any routine visit I've had at the GYN, I have not had blood drawn. So I called to find out why she didn't have a well-woman exam and was told the visit was scheduled as a problem visit regarding her bladder. When I originally scheduled the appointment as a well-woman visit, I was asked if my daughter had any questions. She did have an issue of incontinence so she wanted to ask about this. I'm not sure how this miscommunication in the appointment type occurred but even when my daughter was in the appointment with the Doctor and the Nurse, her bladder questions were never addressed. In addition, my daughter explained this was her first time and she was worried. She asked why they needed blood and urine and was told this is just routine. No one, not the doctor nor the nurse, took time to help her understand what was going on or why. I had prepared my daughter for a well-woman visit. She was never even examined. When they told her they were taking a blood sample, she said she didn't want to. My daughter has had a history of fainting and light-headedness. This happens when blood is drawn. She was scared to do it by herself. The nurse said "oh you'll be fine" And took the blood sample anyway When my daughter said no, she should have been listened to--of all places where a woman should have authority over her own body, it should be at the GYN. After it was over, no one checked on her if she had a ride home or to see how she felt. They just let her leave. She left visibly shaken and crying. I have been coming to this practice for 16 years. I was first a patient of Dr. Sine and then I saw Dr. Rose. I am shocked and discourage by how my daughter was treated, her first time, alone at the GYN. I hope you never treat another patient like this again
Dr. Rose is amazing. She's a great doctor, listens, explains things well, very enjoyable, wonderful energy... I'm happy to have her as my doctor. She also delivered my baby by unplanned c section. Having her there helped me feel better in a scary a situation.
