Primary Care:
A product that stimulates a person's immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.
I arrived at the appointed time for my visit which was 12PM on Thursday, December 31st. I waited for approximately 15 minutes before I was seen by a clinical coordinator. When she approached me, she apologized for the wait and told me that no one had been informed that I had arrived. In the follow up report that was shared with myself and my physician, the clinical coordinator indicated that I had been advised to sit in the waiting area for approximately 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine in case I had an adverse reaction. While during previous visits where I received the vaccine I had been advised to sit in the waiting area, I did not receive that advice during the visit in question.
All the nurses and staff are very friendly and helpful and flexible with scheduling.

I only came in for a flu shot. I was on time and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The medical assistant was kind and timely.
The spot where I received flu shot was so painful, I put ice pads on for these 4 days. Never experienced this before.
The process was quick and efficient.
