Dr Buell is extremely efficient, laid back and informative, giving us all the information we need and always open to questions. While visits have been excellent for the most part, I've had some challenges with the practice's callback procedures during two miscarriage scares at 9 weeks and 22 weeks. Both times I had to follow up after being promised a call back, though I did eventually receive a callback the second time while en route to the hospital. I understand practices are extremely busy, but it would be helpful to have clarity on the callback process and ensure promised communication timelines are met.
Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Smoot and Shelley made me feel very comfortable. Less weight on my chest and improvement in back and shoulder pain.
