i was satisfied because I was a walk in patient and was seen in a fairly reasonable amount of time and everybody was real nice. I couldn't give a "5" because the Clinic had changed systems and I had to reinput a lot of information and I found this very annoying. The provider who finally saw me, didn't seem like she had reviewed my file before seeing me and it was like i was a first time patient and I am definitely not.
Dr. Blanton was kind, personable, seem to be interested in me, and I felt like he would do a great job for me. He did not make me feel like I was just a patient.
From the very first appointment, my concerns were met with optimism that my issue would be resolved.
