I'm always met with a friendly welcome from the moment I enter, and when she brings me into the treatment room. She is very professional, warm and kind. She explains the treatment, what to expect during and after and makes sure I have post treatment instructions when I leave. I've had several Scarlet treatments, and my last one was a BBL. She makes sure that I am comfortable throughout and always pick up where we left off in conversations of my job, hobbies, and family.
