It was a bit unorganized when I first came in. They asked for a doctor's order and I didn't realize I needed to get that before my appointment. The front office was very nice and were able to get it faxed to them from my doctor's office. Then I wasn't sure who was paying for this my Anthem Advantage Plan or Medicare. I called ahead when I initially made the appointment and took pictures of my Anthem medical card and filed out online info so I was surprised all this extra stuff/confusion happened. Once I started the actual imaging in the exam room it went very well and the person who did it was very nice, friendly but professional, and it was very quick. I got treated way better here than I did at Sentara PA and that is why I chose to come back after having 2 mammograms there previously before I went on to Medicare 2 years ago. I initially had Anthem, then my insurance changed to United Health and I couldn't continue with your imaging center. I scheduled my mammogram in October on the phone when I made the appointment for the Bone Density earlier and that experience went very well. Looking forward to coming back for it in October!
