Very pleasant staff. It would be 5 stars except the office has apparently changed its policies and now wants patient to come for checkups 2x/ year rather than 1x/year. Without pressing issues, this seems unnecessary.
It's always fast and efficient! Friendly staff. First time seeing Amber and she was amazing. From front desk, to nursing staff to Dr. Amber everyone was amazing.
I went in wanting a breast augmentation. The staff was super nice, extremely helpful and had to answer all of my questions. Dr. Berardi came in to greet me. She can't made me feel comfortable and at ease. I left the consultation without any lingering questions and no confusion. I feel worth it! I have much high self confidence now looking better and feeling better.
I never had to wait to be seen, everyone was pleasant, and my questions were always answered in terms I could understand. Also, I seem to be having a good recovery.
