The ease of the procedure was partly due to the location and completeness of the facilities, the competitive price, and the thoroughness of the entire process. But most importantly, the expertise of Dr. Samaha and his entire staff gave me a great deal of confidence moving forward. The whole process was much easier than I expected and the outcome was terrific. What I originally thought would be an arduous ordeal, was incredibly easy and virtually pain free. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

After surgery I was contacted daily to check on my recovery, and I've had numerous after care appointments. I was extremely nervous about having this procedure done and Dr. Samaha and his nurses, Maureen and Deb put me right at ease. They made me feel calm and confident about having my procedure done. EVERYONE in this office is amazing, from the second you walk in your are greeted warmly by the receptionists & Dr. Samaha & the nurses are all very nice and comforting. Before my surgery they made me feel very confident with them & now 2-months post-op im so so SO happy with the results & continue to go to them for Botox & Juvederm lip injections. The office itself it so clean & classy. i HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Samaha & the entire staff; they make every client feel like a close friend, not a client :)

I was highly satisfied for several reasons. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greated as if I were family. The procedure was clearly explained and there was no pressure whatsoever to have it. Dr. Samaha is a kind and devoted man who has a passion for what he does. I was very well informed of my options pre-surgery. The digital imaging showing what the results would look like was more advanced than previous surgeons I had had consultations with. The before and after photos I saw on the website looked better then those of other websites I had visited. I know of other people who had breast augmentation or reduction with Dr. Samaha and seemed to be very satisfied. Lastly, the staff was very informative and a couple of them either had a similar procedure to mine, or had a family member who had. They explained how quick and relatively easy the recovery was and how satisfied they were with the results which put my mind at ease and confirmed my decision to move forward in having my surgery with Dr. Samaha.

The eyelid surgery that was performed to remove the creases that went down at the edge of my eyes. I felt that these creases were making me look tired and unhappy. I'm satisfied with the result because I look rested and natural. I think that I now look the way I looked ten years ago. And as far as I know, no one even noticed that I had anything done. That's the kind of results that you want.

Dr. Samaha and his staff made me feel comfortable from the telephone call and even during the consultation. Dr. Samaha entered the room with a smile and gave such a warm feeling. He was honest and assured me that he had MY best interest in mind. He explained everything to me and answered every question I had truthfully. I went into Dr. Samaha's office for my consultation for liposuction. His staff was so kind to me. When I met with the doctor he told me that he thinks I should wait a few months and try to lose my weight naturally before I consider having liposuction to see if liposuction is what I really do need. To me that showed that the doctor cares less about making money and more about my needs and wants and finding alternatives to the surgery because it does cost so much money. If my goal is not met by the time frame he has suggested then I will most certainly have him do my surgery. I would not even waste time looking elsewhere. Regardless of the cost it will be money well spent in my opinion yo have such a sweet and honest man help me.

After surgery, I felt that I should have been kept in recovery a bit longer. I was still unable to walk on my own, and any other time I've had surgery, I've been more alert than that. Also, the pain level I experienced was much higher than was anticipated - I am not sure if this is something they could have known or not, but I unsure about how much time to take off of work and how long to have assistance at home. One small issue - the bra was digging into the incision site - I had to get gauze and tape it there - I don't recall anyone going over that. It is a very small issue but would have been helpful to not have to go out for that. Being able to get the medications needed ahead of time was incredibly helpful. Everyone in the office was very courteous and friendly.

I found that my botox and filler injections were much more expensive than what some of my friends were receiving for similar units at other places but it was important to me that my injections were being provided by a plastic surgeon and I had heard good reviews of Dr. Samaha so I was ok with paying more. They honored a year old waive" of the consultation fee. The surgeon took his time listening and explaining. They offered 3D imaging as well as trials with the implants to help determine sizes. They were able to schedule my proceedure on the exact day I wanted the day after my consultation. Their price was competitive with other surgeons. Everyone there has been extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. I had an initial consultation for this proceedure at MGH and left so disappointed. The surgeon gave me 5 min. time and offered no help choosing size... told me to go home and put rice in my bra and measure it. Who could decide like that alone ?? MGH should feel guilty taking my money for that. Dr. Samaha and staff is a quality and caring group that I'd reccomend to anyone !!! Surgery is in 4 days and I can't wait !!!"

The surgeon explained my options within the procedures available and then explained what option he would likely choose and why; The surgeon demonstrated a practice of seeking improvements to traditional procedure options, yet also demonstrated caution in using new techniques; the surgeon highlighted the risks and benefits of doing the selected procedures together and made recommendations to the benefit of the patient; The surgeon required a mammogram prior to any surgery, something that other surgeons ha not even mentioned.

The nurse Anne was the most comforting person ive ever met in my life. She called me everyday after surgery to make sure I was comfortable and ok. The other staff members/nurses were every welcoming. Dr. Samaha clearly puts patients safety first. Money to him is not the driving factor. I liked the fact that the doctor refered me to a specialist for a mammogram after he noticed what felt like a lump to my breast. Even though it turned out to be nothing, i can not have had it any other way because now i have a peace of mind. He was also very jovial and this eased my nerves. He seemed to grasp exactly what i wanted done.Maureen wells was an exceptional nurse. She called me and updated me every step of the way(I'm a control freak and i like knowing what's happening at all times) so this was a plus on her end. I had taken a couple days off work so i expressed my concern that i may be able to have a third day off and Maureen was able to work around my shcedule and get things done. I thought the team was very understanding and added a personal touch to their practice. I have laready recommended three of my girlfriends. My assets looks good so far( Its only been a week). I will give a more detailed testimony after recovery. Thank you Dr. Samaha, Maureen wells, and your surbodinates.

I felt very comfortible with everybody. I was treated very well. I feel that I was informed of everything I needed to be. I know if I have any more questions I can call or come back in and they will be answered. The nurse was very helpful. The surgeon was very professional. And I have only heard good things about this office.

The Surgeon and the Surgical Nurse were very thorough and explained why the procedure may be different than the usual patient's due to my body's past surgeries. That was a concern that I had not thought about and it became very clear what he will have to do to preserve blood flow to the scarred parts.

I felt comfortable with all staff members, the nurse and the physician. The nurse and physician were focused on me. I didn't feel rushed. Nothing was pushed" on me - no hard sell. As a matter of fact, the physician explained that there wasn't a need for any type of invasive procedure at this time.My questions were answered and everything was explained to me in details."

First off, the doctor used hand sanitizer before he examined me. I previously met with a surgeon who did not wash her hands or use sanitizer. Dr. Samaha seems very caring and took a lot of time to answer all my questions. I believe he really cares about patients. I am very happy to have found the perfect doctor for me.

I was a little nervous going into it, but was immediately put at ease. I knew right away once I met the nurse and doctor that I wanted to have the surgery done there. I also wanted to have the procedure done as soon as possible, which they were able to accommodate. The entire experience was great and I am very happy with the results.

All office staff were approachable, extremely helpful and accepting.The physician was kind, spent the time with me to truly understand my reasons for searching for a solution, freely offered the pros and cons of moving forward, was willing to schedule select adapted procedures if I chose to move forward, as long as I fully understood the options and the fact that his recommendation was to wait until I was able to accomplish additional weight loss. I felt he was genuine in his concern for my health and my satisfaction with the consultation and any subsequent procedures.

I just found all the options to be overwhelming. Since I did not have a lot of knowledge of the procedures and needed time to think about everything, I was not able to ask questions that I do have. I will probably email the nurse. I expect to have some work done, I just don't know where I want to start.

Maureen and Dr. Samaha were great!! They were very friendly, made me feel very comfortable and the office was beautiful and clean! This was the first consultation I've ever went to in my life, so after I explained what I was looking to get in breast size & the 3d screen they have, I felt like what he had suggested was a good match (425cc). But then when I went to my 2nd consultation with another surgeon he suggested smaller (350-375cc) because the 425 would stretch my skin and make me a HUGE D (I'm a size 2 pants & an xs-s shirt frame). Unfortunately, this made me not go with Dr. Samaha... because what if I never went to another consultation & then regretted my cc size after all the healing & costs? The entire building & staff are so great, but that big cc implant size that was suggested for me affected my choice with the surgeon for this procedure. I have NOTHING bad to say about this place though, they were so nice & warming! They definitely will work with your schedule too!

I loved the calming outer office (though I wasn't nervous anyway). Maureen answered every question I had and had a great sense of humor and I can say the same for the doctor. Everything was reviewed very thoroughly...ALL of my questions were answered and I felt extremely comfortable with the Doctor, Maureen, the facility and the procedure, which I have now scheduled. Thank you.

I thought everything was so professional and the staff was very prompt with the time factor, and knowledgeable with my questions. I will say the front desk person was new but trying very hard at learning what she needed to do. The front desk person also wore a low cut shirt which seemed a little in-appropriate for a medical practice.

The entire staff was just so helpful and made me feel way more comfortable than I expected to feel. The whole time, I felt more like I was at a day spa than a doctor's office. The doctor was much more kind than I expected, and really seemed to listen to me and be involved and invested in my happiness with the procedure.
