This was my second breast augmentation with Dr. Saltz, I had capsular contracture. It was bittersweet as I was not happy with the size that I had originally chosen. I decided to increase the breast implant size and change to textured implants- I could not be happier! I knew that I was in the best hands, Dr. Saltz and Ruth listened to what I wanted, taking into consideration what was appropriate for my body. Dr. Salt's expertise is priceless, she and her staff are excellent at what they do. I would also like to say Julieanne (I hope I spelled her name right) did an excellent job going over sizing at my pre-op appointment, she really listened and help guide me through what my options were. If I were to need anymore cosmetic surgery (after kids! or botox!) I will be back and always recommend Dr. Saltz to my friends and family. Dr. Saltz and Ruth are a great team and balance each other out perfectly, thank you Ruth for pushing for a bigger size in the operating room, the final size is perfect without being over the top. Also- the music, decor, atmosphere in the looby/waiting room, I loved. It relaxed me and made me feel comfortable at each and every visit.

The surgeon was extremely skilled and knowledgeable and she listened to what I wanted rather than try to give me a boilerplate solution or push me into a larger size than would fit with my expectations and desires. She suggested an intermediate solution that I would not have even known to ask about that was perfect. The results are wonderfully natural and it is very obvious why she has such a good reputation. The nurse was very helpful explaining all the pre- and post-op care/preparations. I felt very comfortable discussing all topics surrounding the procedure with the nurse and the surgeon. Everyone else I met and worked with from the patient coordinator to the receptionists were nice, empathetic yet professional. Truly a top-notch team.

I love Dr. Saltz and her staff because they are warm and professional and really listen to their patients. Prior to my breast augmentation/lift in 2003, I visited 4 other surgeons for a consultation. Dr. Saltz was the only one that I felt would give me the results that I wanted to achieve. As a woman, I think she is more in touch with what we want and takes a more conservative approach, as opposed to a male surgeon. I returned to her office in 2012 to have my saline implants replaced with silicone and I am extremely happy with the results (so is my boyfriend). Thank you Dr. Saltz and your staff at LJCSC.

Dr. Saltz and Ruth are the best at what they do. I loved the fact that Dr. Saltz could relate to my medical concerns as she too had gone through the same procedure herself. Ruth was amazing at explaining every aspect of the procedures and her friendly attitude always made feel confident that I was in the best hands. At my appointments, they always made my husband and I feel very comfortable. It never felt like I was seeing a doctor, but people that I've known for a long time. During my recovery process they made themselves easily available to us. And the fact, that the next morning after my procedure Ruth made a house call, that assured me that I was in the best of care and that I had made the right choice when I chose Dr. Salts and Ruth. The overall experience I received from them and staff was very professional and friendly. Now I'm 3 months post op, and I'm so happy with my recovery. I love my results and I'm so thankful to Dr. Saltz for my amazing results, pleasant experience and making me feel more confident about my body! From start to finish Dr Saltz and the entire staff were amazing. Pre-op, post-op, during the procedure, everything was fluid. I even had a minor issue and she handled it right away even though it was after hours. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies and gentleman (can't forget about him). I love the results. Customer service was great. My nurse and surgeon was extremely nice and made me feel excited for surgery rather than feeling scared or nervous. Amazing and cleanliness of the facility. Post operations in checking my progress was helpful in determining whether the outcome of my progress was okay which eased my mind. Overall everything was more than great I would definitely do it again if I had to! If I decide to do another cosmetic surgery in the future, I would definitely come back! Everything was more than wonderful! My experience was life changing and I'm extremely happy with my breasts!

There were two things that I wasn't highly satisfied with during the whole process.1. Although the nurses contacted me at least three times in the first week following surgery (which was great!), I really started to feel apprehensive between 3-5 weeks. Once you get over the initial pain and swelling, you start to feel insecure about the other random pains, the look of the incisions, hardened areas in the breast, etc. I did call once to talk to a nurse, and she was helpful. I would suggest that the nurses touch base with the patient before the two month visit. 2. Sizing is a very big deal! I was convinced that I picked the right size, but now believe that I went to small. Why? I have read online that the sizers show you to be 10-20% larger than you will appear after surgery. Maybe patients could take a few sizers home for a week or even purchase a few to make sure they pick the right size. The two times I tried the sizers on in the office, I picked the same size each time. Nevertheless, the pictures I took with the sizers show that I was larger than I actually look after surgery. I like how my breasts look naked, but in clothes I am not quite satisfied.

I was extremely nervous about the whole procedure, but the staff at LJSC were beyond excellent. They gave me every piece of information I asked for and made me feel completely comfortable from begining to end. I absolutely love the results! I couldn't have imagined better! Everyone at LJSC contributed to my satisfaction from the time I scheduled my consultation. I've already told all my friends where to go if they are even considering cosmetic surgery!

I was very satisfied with my experience and happy that I choose the surgeon that I did. I would have liked to have been more informed about how long I needed to wait after surgery to see the results that I was expecting. I was unaware of what to expect as far as the appearance of my implants and how they would appear like pectoral implants and slowly transition and fill into breasts. I would not think twice about using my surgeon for future procedures and look forward to referring friends and family.

I was comfortable. All the staff and the surgeon listened to me. I wasn't embarrassed at any time. The surgeon checked up on me before and after my surgery. The nurse responded to all my emails and concerns. What I paid was worth it. My scars aren't visible. My needs were met. I would not recommend anyone but my surgeon. The nurse, surgeon and her team are amazing. This was a life changing experience and I am happy and grateful to have found her. The work they did is incredible.

It was very difficult to know the size of the implants that I should get. I was hoping to be considerably bigger than what I am after the surgery. As a patient, I am used to dealing in cup sizes versus cc's. So trying to make a decision on how many cc's I wanted was very hard and I did not end up getting exactly what I was wanting.

(I had previously visited two male plastic surgeons and they only wanted to perform a lift vs. a reduction. My breasts were a size "E" before the surgery). I still feel my breast are not the same size. The right breast that was an implant only (not lift and implant) still has a huge divot when I lift my arms. My areola are oblong and not round. I also had liposuction to most of my body. All areas are very lumpy and cellulite-y not smooth at all.

Dr. Saltz performed my first breast aug 15 years ago and I wanted her to do this one as well. She is very professional and sensitive to my requests and I really like that. I know her staff is available should I have any questions about the procedure before or after surgery. I especially was surprised to receive a book with all the information about before and after surgery...that was a big help knowing what to expect even though this was my second time. The staff, especially the nurses, are so responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions after my surgery and if I wasn't abe to reach a nurse immediately my call was returned promptly. Sarah was extremely helpful during my recovery and was very patient. She answered my questions so patiently and I felt like she really cared. The offIce staff is always so cheerful. I've had no trouble getting appointments around my schedule, so I didn't need to miss more work than I wanted to. Dr. Saltz did amazing work. I was shocked when I saw my before pictures. The second time I went for a visit, the ladies at the front counter knew my name! And I was just walking in! That is very personable and is very warming. I was actually very surprised. The nurses have also had certain procedures done and it makes it more comfortable to talk to them about it because some of them have gone through the procedure themselves and they can personalize it. After visiting other surgeons for consultations it is more and more evident how unprofessional and highly expensive your business is. Everyone was friendly, but we were not there to be entertained as it seemed that was the goal. We have had other surgeons spend a lot more time with us. I have also learned about other procedures that are available that I didn't even know about. In addition, your pictures did not even accurately depict the procedure I am looking for. We were told that they are old pictures and disregard the scars because mine would not look like that? At the end of the office visit we were taken in a room where the clerk told us the price, but was in definite hurry and wrote on the paper some notes that she held in her hand??? Too rushed to even set the paper down on the desk. I am just glad that we are shopping around...it will pay off for sure...

When I walked in the office, the receptionist was busy chit chatting with another patient that I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. I waited about 10 mins when finally the patient realized I was waiting to check in! Still, the receptionist didn't bother to apologize for the wait or even look at me! FINALLY when I checked in she was so blunt and didn't even explain what I had to do. I had to ask her where the waiting room was! The most unprofessional person I've ever met. Plastic surgery is a very personal and terrifying experience and quite honestly, her rudeness almost made me not want to do it.

The information that was left out was the pain, stiffness, aches, soreness, and discomfort post surgery that patients can experience. Also, that arnica gel is okay on the non sutured part of the breast skin. What to do if the narcotics cause nausea and vomiting. Side effects of general anesthesia, I had a two and a half day headaches. I never have headaches nor migraines. It would have been more helpful to have a day to day chart or information sheet regarding recovery.
