Breast Lift
I am not happy with the shape areola and I feel the placement is too high. I was also unhappy with the fact that my breast are a lot smaller than I thought they would be. I understood they would be slightly smaller, but I went down about 2 cup sizes. Also, I had more skin removed from my right breast to make them more equal in size and I feel like it made it worse not better. My right breast is much larger than the left.

I must have answered something incorrectly, maybe when I am thinking of a scar that I feel is not heeling correctly but it has nothing to do with the Professionalism, Privacy and Friendliness that you have continuously extended to me and I trust you will always treat every patient in the very same manner! There was nothing negative about my experience.The only thing was the nurses had a hard time finding my vein for IV.and that's not thier fault.It was a great experience! Looking forward to the next procedure.

Dr mills was amazing. From start to finish. He realized from my paperwork what my priority was and what I wanted, and addressed it first instead of pushing for my breast augmentation ( which I wanted next). Because he listened to what I wanted and i am very happy with my in office surgery. I am planning on coming back for my breast augmentation this summer!

Mommy Makeover (Breast + Body)
The entire staff was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns -particularly about pain management and anesthesia. I have had MANY non-elective surgical procedures that resulted in uncontrolled pain, extreme negative reactions to anesthesia, post-surgical infection, and extended recovery times. Not only did I not have ANY of these conditions with this plastic surgery experience, but the experience FAR EXCEEDED any positive expectation I would have placed on it. Pain was WELL controlled, virtually no negative reaction to anesthesia (the first time in eleven major surgeries), no infections, and recovery time was exactly within the perimeters I was told to expect. I have never experienced such a caring, sensitive, respectful staff in any medical experience. The caliber of care, from the front desk, to the patient coordinator, to the nursing staff, to my surgeon Dr. Mills, was superb. I am so very happy with the outcome of my surgery. Thank you for giving me back my confidence and self-esteem. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Mills and his staff were very patient through the entire year that I took to decide to have a mini-,face lift and eye lift. He is so outstanding in the way he answers questions...and his staff...that I wouldn't have had the confidence to do this surgery...he is gifted and so professional...I love the result...thankful for Suzanne...Amy...with their counsel...they were helpful...not pushy. Dr. Mills and his support staff were very imformative and considerate. I was very pleased with my experience. I have been wanting breast agumentation for many years and I was extremely nervous to do it. After my consultation I was more sure than ever was doing the right thing and having the right staff and facility performing the procedure. If I never need any cosmetic work done in the future I would not hesitate to come back and have Dr. Mills and his staff perform it. I am very pleased with the results and I have more confidence and self esteem then ever before. Excellent experience.

I really wanted the procedure but initially had several reservations. he put my mind at ease. spent more than an acceptable amount of time with me and provided the reassurance that I needed to feel comfortable with the procedure. my postop phone calls were answered immediately and the only tiny postop problem I had was very quickly evaluated and resolved. Now, almost 3 months after the procedure I am exceptionally satisfied with the outcome.

I would have liked to have gone over more extensively about my expectations of the breast size and shape that I had wanted. I felt that the doctor or staff should have recommended me bringing in a photo of what I would have liked to look like then the doctor would have a more clear picture as to what I was wanting.

My surgery was over a year ago. I am extremely happy and very pleased with the results of Dr Mills and his staff. I do tell all whoever asks about my change in my body. When I called for a consultation and met with Dr Mills and his nurse, Amy, I was treated with the utmost respect. They answered my questions and let me know if I had more questions to call anytime. They talked with me information about the procedure before and after, the amount I would be paying and billing options. We met few more times for sizing and consultation of my decision. Again Respect.I did not have the procedure right away until 5 months later to fit in my work schedule. This was a nice feeling because they did not make me feel pressure to rushing into this. The experience of Renaissance Plastic Surgery and Dr Mills I have told to my friends and family of their kindness, attention throughout this whole procedure and respect they had giving me. I have recommended Renaissance Plastic Surgery and Dr Mills if they were thinking of breast augmentation or other types of plastic surgery.

I visited the Dr. after several weeks with concerns of possible infection. Was told everything was fine. Went back the following week with the same concern and was operated on that day. Maybe there was no way to know, and there was no infection, but it was a scary experience. Went back last week (6 mo. post op) with pain, and was told everything looked fine. Still experiencing pain, and believe I may be developing capsular contraction. That was not mentioned during last week's visit. Also, the other breast has dropped close to an itch. The scar is now visibale accross my breast. The surgeon has already indicated this will require additional surgery to correct. Perhaps none of this is the fault of the surgeon, but feel I need to consult with another surgeon before having a third procedure.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful of their patients. Plastic surgery is a HUGE decision and knowing what happens through the entire process makes it so much easier when decideing if it is right for you. Dr. Mills and my nurse Tina are by far the nicest, most professional and caring people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They made me feel so at ease with what I was about to endure in surgery. I never felt embarrassed about telling them what I wanted or what made me feel uncomortable about my body. I obviously had never had the pleasure of meeting them prior to my first consultation and they made me feel safe and I truly trust them. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs or wants to have any procedure done because it really shows how much they take pride in what they do. Now,I have already had this procedure and they have really touched my heart and made me feel beautiful on the outside again. I haven't felt this way in years!!! Thank you both for being absolute ROCKSTARS in the field you chose to work in. It is an experience I will never forget.

I know two other people that have been to doctor Mills and they look great and loved him. I also could not find any bad reviews on doctor Mills. This is the first consult I had been to and it was much better than I expected I don't even plan to go to another consult. Dr. Mills made me comfortable and he seems very knowledgeable about what he does shared honest opinions and answered all my questions he has my business. I also have called Susan after the consult for different questions and she is always helpful and not pushy, I don't feel they just want you money.

Dr Mills & Amy were both very knowledgable and gave realistic expectations and did not feel Rushed or pressured to make a decision that day. Also, my husband was out of town on business and could not attend - Dr Mills felt my husband should also know the risk and expected outcome. With that said, Dr Mills gave us his cell number for my husband to call with any questions. Dr Mills makes you feel as if you are his only patient, no, #1 patient. I have a follow up tomorrow and hope to discuss scheduling a tummy tuck!

This was my second major procedure in two years with Renaissance. The first was so successful that I had no hesitation in returning. I LOVE everyone at Renaissance: professional, friendly, reassuring, dedicated. My first procedure (2011) was VERY major, and I felt I was well-prepared for the event and consequences. I pushed for a LOT to be done at once, and was given honest expectations. The second procedure (Oct. 2012) seemed MINOR in comparison, and being only 2-weeks post-op, I'm amazed at how well I am feeling/doing. I feel very comfortable with my surgeons, as they never questioned my desires or made me feel silly for wanting these improvements after having lost 100 pounds ... and I'm 61 years old! I am truly not a plastic surgery junkie," but I may have to consider a neck-tightening procedure next year ... hmmm ... LOL. "

Everyone was very warm, helpful and friendly. The only thing I think might have been improved upon on initial consult was a more in depth discussion of complications that can occur with said procedure and the rates the of complication that the particular Dr experiences in his practice. Those were really not spoken about in depth until after the surgery date was set. Also for after surgery I would have liked the option of an overnight stay even if it were at a higher expense. Overall this practice was the most organized and polished business that I consulted with. In addition, the entire staff was extremely friendly and approachable and accommodating.
