The office staff, medical assistants, nurses, and Chelsea were all so kind and helpful. Chelsea made me feel very listened to as a parent and offered very good knowledge and insight regarding care for my daughter. They made the visit a stress free experience. I look forward to continuing to see Chelsea and the whole team. I had many questions about my daughter and Chelsea answered them so kindly and enthusiastically. She was so personable and I did not feel rushed at all. Appointments, especially for my child and even if it’s just a routine checkup, can be stressful or scary and she made this a very positive experience.
Michael was very through. Asked lots of questions answered mine. Was very through. And explained everything. Michael was very through, and detailed oriented. He asked lots of questions to better understand what was going on. He listened. Took all of that into consideration and to help in formulating a diagnosis.
