Everyone was very welcoming and were very accommodating to my needs. Worked with me to find a quick date for my consult and surgery (which was needed). Very professional. Very courteous. Very thorough. I loved every bit of my experience. That I was able to heal rapidly and that a different technique was more suitable for my situation which created an overall better outcome.
I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. Brian came in and told me they're going to take x-rays of my knee. He looked at the x-rays and said I have arthritis in my knee. Then he sent me for therapy which I am going to start.
