Dr. Hanna has an impressive educational background, having graduated cum laude from Clemson University with an undergraduate degree. He then earned his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina where he exhibited exceptional dedication to the field by graduating with honors. Dr. Hanna went on to complete his general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, after which he completed a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
Vanderbilt's plastic surgery program is one of the most prestigious training programs in the country. After his residencies, Dr. Hanna was invited into a prestigious fellowship at Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta. During his fellowship, Dr. Hanna underwent intense training under the supervision of internationally-renowned experts in each type of plastic surgery. He has expertise in facial rejuvenation, endoscopic plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, breast surgery, breast reconstruction, and body contouring.
Dr. Hanna donates his expert services as well as time to the charity, Childspring International. His work with Childspring International has provided underprivileged children with medical and surgical care which they cannot receive in their own countries by bringing them to the U.S for attention and then allowing them to return home with improved health and future opportunities.
Dr. Keith Hanna is also an active member in the following medical societies: the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the International Society of Hair Restoration, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
