Alena Taylor, APRN

Alena Taylor, FNP-C joined the team at Westwood Women’s Health in 2021. Alena earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed a Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the College of Mount St. Vincent in Riverdale, NY in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Prior to joining this Women’s Health Connecticut practice, she has worked in various Women’s Health roles including Gynecology, Obstetrics, Reproductive Infertility, and as a Clinical Educator to provide the most comprehensive approach of care to her patient population. She believes in developing strong relationships, in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs. Her desire to revolutionize the health care system and bridge gaps in the health disparities within her community has pushed her to seek further education as a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Chamberlain University. Alena sees patients of all ages in Waterbury. She is currently accepting new patients.
