Every person I interacted with was upbeat and friendly. Wait time was short.
Allyson Bailey was phenomenal. I felt comfortable asking questions. She responded and took care of my problem.
I am grateful that the lady scheduling fit me in quickly due to a concern I had about a lump. I was scheduled with Allison. She was very kind and handled the exam well. She explained she is concerned about the lump and referred me for imaging and she said she would ask for the test to be expedited. And explained after I had the images done that she would be notified and I would be told the next steps. She did everything well. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I was actually sort of in shock that I could actually have cancer. I knew it could be a possibility, and of course we won't know for another 9 days at the earliest, but after I left Mid Atlantic Imaging Center I feel like I don't know what to expect. It may be helpful if some info was given in writing. When patients are facing something as scary as cancer, I am sure many like me shut down. Once again the sweet staff member who took my BP and got me prepared for Allison, and Allison were very kind and I appreciate them.
Very professional.
