I gave a 5-star rating because I truly love Allyson Bailey, but my positive experience starts before I even get to see her. Every staff member I interact with is friendly, positive, and easy to communicate with. I feel comfortable being myself and asking questions without ever feeling like my concerns are silly or unimportant. Everyone makes me feel heard and comfortable expressing whatever concerns I may have. From the moment I walk in to the time I leave, my interactions with everyone are always wonderful. I honestly have zero complaints about how the office is run or how I am treated. The communication, kindness, and overall atmosphere make every visit a positive experience.
