I love Dr. Alexis! She makes an annoying appointment comfortable. She is like a close friend after all these years; she delivered both of my sons, who are now 22 and 17. Her staff is kind and everything is efficient. You don't have to wait forever for your appointment! Honestly, I don't know what I'm going to do when she retires.
Just a personal setting. Able to talk with the doctor a little and she was a Black doctor.
Short time between scheduling and appointment time which was surprising as a new patient. I was in and out and received a prompt response from the office regarding my results and additional care that was needed.
