The doctor was great and gave me time to ask questions and talk more about my health. Everything was organized and easy for me in and out of the office.
Dr. Pico was early to my appointment, spent lots of time answering my questions and didn't feel rushed at all, was very friendly, and so knowledgeable and reassuring. I love that Dr. Pico offers her time to answer all my questions and does not rush me out the door. I feel much more comforted after hearing her answers. Two issues: The front staff will always say everything is on time even when my appointments in the past have started as late as 45 minutes after my initial appointment time. I understand things get behind, but please let the patients know about a delay and how long it will be because I only ask off for a specific amount of time from work. I need to let them know if the appointment is running late. The request for paperwork also has a pretty big delay (10 business days) when our work is requesting forms within a week.
Any concerns I had were addressed with understanding and knowledge. Dr. Pico listens closely and meets worries and fears with a calming and reassuring approach. I'm thankful for her professional advice for various situations so far as her patient.
Dr. Pico was super friendly and took her time with me. Being a new patient that meant everything!
Ease of appointment. Friendly staff and FANTASTIC physician. Thank you for making me feel very comfortable. It had been a while since I last had an appointment but it felt like I had been seeing you on a daily basis. You answered all my questions.
