Alyssa graduated from Marymount University with her RN BSN in 2006. In 2018, she received her Masters Degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing, focusing on Family Health. She is certified in obstetrics, fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, and has been a scrub nurse for cesarean sections. Alyssa began her career working Labor and Delivery in 2006 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring and soon became a charge nurse for a 10,000 delivery a year hospital.
