I made a mistake and arrived at the wrong time for my appt with the office, the office staff was able to squeeze me in with Alyssa who I have never met. She was very thorough and a great bedside manner.
I was highly satisfied with my experience. The front office was so accommodating and helped me get an appointment the same day, as a new patient, for a problem I was having. Everyone was so kind and accommodated a short time frame. I was able to have a thorough conversation and exam with the nurses, the provider, and the sonogram tech. All exams were explained in detail, I was never rushed, and I truly felt safe and heard. Best experience I've ever had with a gynecological visit - from scheduling, blood work, sonogram, genetic testing discussions, everything was truly so easy, and everyone was so welcoming. I am so happy I found this practice and will be referring my female family members here as well.
