I was seen on time and Dr. Banooni is always so kind and a good listener. She allows you to voice your concerns and helps. You understand why you're experiencing some of the symptoms or concerns due to age or changes to our bodies. She's always very pleasant. Never get the feeling that she's rushing you out to run to the next patient.
My appointment with Dr. Banooni as well as mammogram right afterwards were on time. No long wait! Also very convenient that both are in one place. And Dr. Banooni is great - thorough, knowledgeable and personable!
Checking was seamless, MA very nice professional. I am a patient in this practice, however this was the first time seeing this DR. She was fabulous, listened, took time to explain everything, and I felt truly taken care of. She was professional but very kind.

Dr. Amy and her medical staff are OUTSTANDING. 5-star highly satisfied. 4 star - The lady at check-in couldn't be bothered, failed to make eye contact and spoke in a tone of irritation. And could not properly speak out $2,372 amount due (stated it was twenty three hundred seventy two thousand). Check in for a procedure is nerve wracking and expensive. A warm welcome would be much more welcoming and when paying such a large bill...appropriate english in stating bill.
