The nursing assistant? (unclear title), Kelly was very endearing. She was professional and caring, as she offered directions, information and counseling during our initial introduction. She was efficient, thorough and respectful. Amy King was prompt, personable, and articulate as well as genuinely engaged in offering a wealth of solutions to some of my concerns and in general delivery of care. I had an excellent experience.
