4 for the Doctor she is a sweet heart W get their attention to make see that am here waiting after 1 hr one of them acknowledged me by asking me for my license ins card then brought back to me papers that I already signed by the link they sent to me I was talking about the long wait ask if it is always like that empty place and the wait is long the lady asked me back how do I know that the place empty they are not busy it sounded weird to me when she asked that question instead of being politely thanking me for patient it is your first time here thank you for choosing us we have one doctor here she currently with one 2 patients will be with shortly … Doctor is a sweet heart I love her . I have 15 years of customers services and hospitality I will be happy and enjoy to make the patients feel welcome to one back and send referrals….
