Please know I arrived punctual for early morning appointment, but was sitting downstairs and was seen for mammogram at 8:00 a.m. and then 9:00 a.m. was redirected to correct office. It would be helpful if patients from Wallingford location if moved to Lewis Avenue, be given clear instructions for office location and how to check in. Receptionist once arrived at correct place was notified that I was downstairs but at other women's center (radiology). Overall went well as it was my first time to this location and appreciate ability to be seen as had morning off for healthcare appointment.
