She went over thorough patient education with everything. For example, I had been taking my birth control it for 2 years and she told me things I never knew but needed to. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing throughout the examination, and took all of my concerns seriously. She was also very friendly!
All my questions were answered! I was also able to request bloodwork with no pushback!
Angela is always wonderful! Her, Dr Alam, Dr Nagy, and Casey have always been wonderful when I see them especially while I was pregnant. My most recent appt with Angela went perfectly fine and we talked about postpartum options for birth control and how I’m doing mentally and physically.
As always, Angela was kind, compassionate and professional. She tells me exactly what she is about to do before she does it and if I have any medical questions, she listens to me and offers her advice in a way that I can understand. I had to bring my son with me to my appointment and she was super friendly with him and even looked back at my chart to my delivery because she was the one who delivered my son. I love Angela and am sad that she is moving but am happy for her next adventure!

From there, she discovered her true passion in women’s health where she then returned to school to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing from Yale University in 2018 and earned her designation as Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Her interests outside of caring for women include any water-related activities, kickboxing, yoga, and looking up new recipes to try. Born and bred in New York City, Angela now lives in Germantown, MD with her husband and son.
