Anne was very thorough during the consultation. I felt completely informed about the Halo procedure.
Anne was extremely thorough, explaining in detail everything she thought I needed to know even after I told her I'd had several procedures/treatments done already and I appreciated that. Everyone is different and she explained her technique and intention behind why she was choosing what product where dependent on the desired result. I couldn't have felt more secure in her knowledge and experience. She took her time and made me feel comfortable with what I chose to do that day. Another thing that stood out was the fact that she printed out for me a list of what we'd talked about doing in the future and the cost of each. No one has done that for me and I think it's great because I can look at the list and think about what I want to do next depending on cost as well as help me keep track of what we've done and what I still want to do. I'm really really pleased with my results so far and think Anne is wonderful.
The front desk was very professional, courteous and made me feel right at home since it was my first visit. Anne explained each procedure so well and calmed my nerves leading into the procedures. I will definitely recommend to others due to the ease of the entire visit including the procedures.
