Dr. Wagner received her medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at SUNY-Downstate and Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. After completion of her residency, Dr. Wagner began practice in Connecticut and relocated to Erie in 2010. She joined OB/GYN Associates of Erie in July 2013.
