Dr. Bouchelion is great, personable and I always feel safe and cared for when I have my visit.
Dr. Bouchelion is an excellent GYN. Always attentive and present during my appointments. She is so detailed when explaining information regarding what needs attention. We are grateful to have her as our GYN and very happy for the services we have received throughout the years.
Honestly seeing a woman of color was a major plus for me. In addition, Dr. Bouchelion was prepared by reviewing my medical history prior to my examination- asking all the necessary questions to provide me with excellent care. Also, she did not make me feel rushed or that my questions were not taken seriously. I appreciate the time she allowed for my examination and how she explained her process every step of the way.
This was my first appointment with a gynecologist. I chose Dr. B because of her background being similar to mine. This was my first time having an annual well woman exam. When I arrived 10 minutes early (instead of the recommended 30 minutes early) this threw my appointment timing off. I had to complete my paperwork when Dr. B was already ready for me. I was really nervous so I felt like I was learning as I went but Dr. B listened carefully to me, even within the time constraints. She provided a step by step explanation of what she would be doing, and was very patient with me. I felt like I did not get to all of my questions but I will be able to get them answered during my next appointment. I was definitely proud of myself for completing my exam, and I would like to continue to develop a relationship with Dr. B as I grow in my pelvic health journey.
Dr. Bouchelion, remains a caring, straight forward and consummate professional. Her level of care continues to warm my heart at each visit. She is very methodical, educational and personal, which makes it easy to trust her. She is a testament of the physicians Howard University tend to produce in my almost 40 years experiencing their care. My apologies for the bias, but it's the absolute truth. To add the staff (front desk check-in & RN) matches her energy, so well done!
Excellent provider. Kind. Explained everything throughly. Made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bouchelion is the best! I always feel cared for and all my questions are answered.
