Verified Patient Reviews for Brad Norman, MD, FACOG
Dr Norman and Capital Women's Care has a very thoughtful and organized practice. Sign in was electronic and there was no long wait time to be seen. The waiting area was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I have been going for years and they always ask about my girls who they delivered years ago. I trust Dr. Norman like a Father. He is so caring and is open for me to ask him about any and every concern. Sometimes he reassures me and other times he offers me referrals and medical advice—but nothing is off limits. I feel confident about his decisions regarding many aspects of my health in general and I like keeping him up to date regarding what other providers have shared regarding my health.
Dr. Norman is amazing! I have referred many friends to him, he's kind, compassionate, a great listener, a superb doctor! His sensitivity to the needs of women is beyond compared, and he is the most knowledgeable gynecologist I've ever had.

The doctors are always nice.
Short wait, kind nurse, not rushed
Dr. Norman was approachable, informative, and efficient. His kind and professional way was as comforting as much as it was helpful. I very much appreciate his and Dr. Ein's approach after 25+ years with the practice.
Dr. Norman is very knowledgeable about gynecologic issues. His attention to detail is why I am successfully being treated for breast cancer. I had an issue with my right breast, and my primary care doctor dismissed it as "something to be monitored." Fortunately, I had an upcoming wellness exam with Dr. Norman. He looked at the same information and immediately sent me to the Breast Center in Annapolis. I had a biopsy and his concern was correct. I had stage 1 breast cancer and immediately began intravenous chemotherapy during the summer of 2025. I had a lumpectomy and reconstruction on both breasts in October 2025, and radiation from December to January for about 6 weeks. I started oral chemotherapy after the radiation and will be finished in July of this year. The final course of treatment is a hormone inhibitor for 5 years and prayerfully, I will be totally done! Dr. Norman has been monitoring my situation closely and is very pleased with the outcome so far.
