The whole staff was very friendly, kind and patient. Dr. Lydia is so warm and motherly. I feel as if I am going to be in competent hands throughout this ordeal.
Dr. Runk is always so thorough examining your breast, that you know if the mammogram missed anything, she would find it!
I like how the the doctor talked to me right away after the ultrasound and explained the images to me.
New doctor for me in a group I have used for many years. Everyone extremely nice.
Everyone I interacted with was courteous. I felt well cared for.
She was very thorough. It turned out to be a cyst but she did everything to make sure that was all it was and that relieved my mind greatly. She is a kind and caring person.
Dr. Hernandez was thorough and spent time explaining and reassuring me.
Dr. Runk was just very real and to the point without making me feel nervous.

No waiting. Courteous employees.
I was very impressed with the doctor and the staff and handling the COVID-19 for patients.
On time, convenient with all necessary facilities available if needed.
My visit was a one year follow up from lumpectomy due to invasive ductal carcinoma. I additionally had my routine mammogram for the other breast. The radiologist and Dr. Runk noted a suspicious area in the other breast and ordered an immediate 3D mammogram. When the 3D mammogram did not alleviate their concerns, an ultrasound was also performed. The ultrasound indicated that everything was fine! I was highly satisfied because I was able to have the issue further investigated and resolved all in that one visit. Moreover, Dr. Runk was very thorough and shared the images with me each step of the way.
Every visit I have ever had with Dr.Hernandez' practice has been top notch in every aspect: from checking in to wait time to as gentle and dignified as possible during the mammogram itself. It is a bonus to receive prompt results, thus minimizing any anxiousness. BUT, my compliments extend, this time to the way EVERY precaution was taken to protect both the patient and the staff in the midst of the COVID-19 issue. From 1 patient at a time, to immediate sanitizing of anything touched, and respectful social distancing. Thank you one and all.
The scheduling person seemed annoyed to have to schedule my appointment and even to be talking with me at all. She made a stressful situation even worse. I also did not feel that I was heard during my visit and also left confused by what was shared and next steps.
