Dr. Hernandez embodies what every patient could possibly want. Her knowledge, expertise, compassion and concern made the best of my worrisome visit. It was so wonderful to have my problem assessed, imaged, and aspirated all in the same visit. I am truly grateful for Dr. Hernandez's being totally present and attentive to my situation.
She explained everything. She made sure we understood and answered all our questions. We felt comfortable with treatments planned.

I did not tell them when I made the appointment that I felt a lump, but they were very nice and did all they had to to address my problem.
Dr. was thorough, interactive reduced my initial stress of our first visit.
This is the worst experience with healthcare I've had. The process was designed for the provider and not the patient(the portal, the front office and the exam procedure). It is clear that healthcare reform hasn't made it's way into this practice in the last 10 years. Shared decision making, no. Putting the patient first, no. Clear instructions about paperwork, procedures- no. Patient portal- ridiculous, does not serve the patient. Bed side manner of the provider- awful. Assumptions with out facts- she might as well be a Telehealth provider that just reads a couple of checkboxes and makes a diagnosis.
Everyone was very nice and efficient.
Dr. Runk and nurses were very personal.
The whole staff was very friendly, kind and patient. Dr. Lydia is so warm and motherly. I feel as if I am going to be in competent hands throughout this ordeal.
