Brian was so understanding and listened to me and my concerns. He was very genuine! He also was very informative about my knee. Also the student from Springfield College was great and also listened. [Single best thing is...] Brian's personality and what he wanted to do next.

New Patient Visit

The office staff were nice and friendly. I was taken back to a room promptly at my appointment time and then even after, when I was told what was going to be happening, some steps happened super quickly. The PA was swift, caring, knowledgeable and energetic. He provided details about why the issue I had kept recurring. The nurses were amazing and compassionate. The Doctor came in to explain the surgery and was respectful and nice.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Staff and PA always treats me well. Pleasant and courteous

Office Visit / Follow-up

Brian answered my questions and I was not kept waiting very long. Both in the hospital and in Sosin I had a private room, greatly reducing anxiety. I had a full knee replacement and now have complete flexibility. The office has always been a good experience.

Knee Replacement

Visit was Timely, everything was explained in language I could understand. I was educated about my follow-up care and expectations for my recovery

New Patient Visit

Mr. Katz made me feel very comfortable during the visit. I went into the visit very nervous about having the knee replaced. I told my Rhematologist that Surgery would be the very last resort. Mr. Katz explained in everyday terms what would be happening on the day of surgery. Made me very comfortable. This was the very last of my options. Shots do not seem to last very long at all.
