My appointment with Brittany was great and she does a fantastic job. During check out the receptionist was a bit rude when I asked to use my CareCredit and gave her coworker a side eye. When I asked if there were any longer terms available (because I’ve gotten longer terms before) she said no rudely and didn’t explain why things had changed. She made me feel embarrassed and the continuous eyes to her coworker was like she was making fun of me when CareCredit works just like any other credit card with the exception that the business carries the interest. If you don’t want to do that then don’t take CareCredit. Working in healthcare myself I found this to be unprofessional and I’m considering not going back because of this which is unfortunate because I wanted to do sculptra and I just paid for glamfam again :( I’d rather lose out on the membership that have that interaction again though.
