Punctual, friendly, caring.
I was handed a form and told to sign it saying I wasn't pregnant. When I looked at the form, there were three choices, where I could have indicated pregnant, unsure, or not. I thought it was very insensitive of the tech to assume that based on my age that I wouldn't have been pregnant. I wish it was phrased as complete the form, instead of complete the form saying I wasn't pregnant. I'm currently undergoing fertility treatment and found that part of the experience insensitive and assuming.
