I specifically went into this appt knowing that Diva was going to be my technician. I met her last year at my appt and she calms my nerves, as this is the scariest of all my doctor appts all year and I start feeling anxious about it a week in advance. I even arrived a day early for my appt (that's how brain fogged I was about it). She graciously accepted me early and eased my fears. I wish all the years prior I had Diva to help me through these appts. I just really appreciate her kindness! A shout out to Becky too, she's always sweet on the phone and knows I want to have Diva at my appt.
Diva was a caring and courteous mammogram technician. She made it a pleasure.
