Quick appointment, in and out. The imaging is as comfortable as it can be.
The woman who did my mammogram was absolutely fabulous. Getting the results however was more complicated. I kept getting an email saying that I had test results in my portal account, but nothing was showing up. I had to call and talk to someone about it. This is not the first time this has happened where I get an email saying I have test results and nothing has been entered. Fix your system.
I was told to arrive early for a mammogram. I came early and to wait for someone to open the door.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I truly appreciated how accommodating the staff was, especially for fitting me into their schedule the same day and making adjustments for my last-minute scheduling needs. The technician was exceptionally professional, friendly, and patient. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and clearly guided me on the proper positioning for the mammogram. I am very grateful for the excellent service and care I received.
