I've been getting mammograms for 20 years and this is the first time I've ever had a strong opinion about a technician, one way or the other. The technician I saw was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, asked if I had any questions, was quick to rectify the fact that I hadn't had last year's films sent to the practice by my previous provider, waited for me at the end of the appointment to be sure I didn't have any questions, and offered me a delicious mint on my way out. The yearly mammogram is never anyone's favorite appointment, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this gal's professionalism and bedside manner!
