My experience with the mammography staff was great, however, I had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time. Also, in scheduling, I was not able to schedule a mammogram on the same day as my annual exam - staff said it wasn't possible - which was frustrating.
I didn't have to wait long in the reception area. I was treated with respect. The procedure moved along quickly and all my questions were answered.

The woman who did my mammogram was efficient, professional, so nice, so kind, so thorough.
Kim was nice, outgoing and sufficiently knowledgeable. She explained every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and at peace with this process. I will be back for my yearly with her.
