About Carmelina Luongo:

Dr. Luongo attended Boston University School of Medicine, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 1993. She received her medical degree from George Washington University Medical Center in 1997. She is affiliated with Bristol Hospital and John Dempsey Hospital/University of Connecticut and board-certified at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Luongo loves her work because it allows her to care for women throughout their reproductive lives from puberty through menopause. She believes in empowering women with knowledge and options so that together, we can make the best decisions about the patient’s healthcare.
