Because she listened to me. She heard every concern and answered every question thoughtfully. Dr. Brankin is truly a wonderful doctor. She is extremely bright and friendly and takes her time with you. A skill that is rapidly declining in the Healthcare field. She is an extremely skilled surgeon who is confident in her skill and expertise. And she has alot of it! I am so grateful I found her!

Provider took time.
I had a procedure yesterday and had a very positive experience with Dr. Brankin. Before she came into the room, I spent about 30 minutes staring at a large needle that honestly had me so anxious I was in tears. When Dr. Brankin arrived, she immediately noticed, was very apologetic that it had been left out, and took the time to address my concerns. I explained that I hoped to have the procedure done without local anesthetic and without using that needle. Rather than dismissing my concerns, she listened carefully, discussed the pros and cons with me, and involved me in the decision-making process. Together, we decided to proceed without numbing medication. While the procedure was certainly uncomfortable, it was not painful, and I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. I'm incredibly grateful to have a physician who truly listens to her patients, respects their concerns, and works collaboratively to make informed decisions. That level of care and compassion is rare and greatly appreciated.
The check in lady had a horrible attitude. She was on her phone and chewing gum, I said good morning she looked at me like I was an inconvenience to her.
